Overall the place was very nice and I would stay again . I called the host very late when I arrived asking about parking and he assisted me with where to park immediately. Parking was honestly the only thing I didn’t like but everything else was great.

We have stayed at Chance’s condo multiple times. Always a great experience, and with two kids at the University of Alabama it is the most convenient place for us to stay.

What a wonderful place, particularly for a family coming to visit students on campus. Very convenient to campus. The condo is beautifully decorated, had all the creature comforts of home. And the hosts were wonderfully responsive.

so so beautiful! was such a peaceful stay. so much space to spread out, beds were so comfortable, we found everything that we needed. couldn’t get over how beautiful the details were, and how great it was to walk the neighborhood. we loved our stay, and will be back!

We enjoyed our stay with a centralized location to legacy Arena. The property was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and smooth. Abbey and Rob were super responsive and accommodating. Worked with our schedule and made our stay seamless. We would definitely stay there again!

Though I wasn't there long, it was just what I wanted: a safe place to stay. I would stay here again.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay! It is only about a 10 minute walk to Legacy Arena which was nice!! The airbnb isn’t in the most picturesque area, but the place is gated so I felt safe. I was there for the NCAA womens basketball tournament so I really just went to the arena and the airbnb, so it was perfect for what I was needing. The airbnb was clean and all of the appliances looked brand new. Definitely a place I would stay again for an event at Legacy Arena.

I was in town visiting a family member in the hospital and Amy's place turned out to be an excellent choice. I had to get a little help with check-in but Amy was responsive and everything else was great. The condo was clean and had all the amenities I needed including WiFi so I was able to keep up with my work and online class. Also it was a very short drive to the hospital so the location was just perfect. Parking was a little tricky but I got some help from locals. A totally great experience overall. I would stay again. Chadric's condo was charming. Everything was so clean and the space worked really well for our family. The location was ideal and we could easily walk to downtown Tuscaloosa. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend!!

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

This property is in a very prime location for all things UofA. Walk to stadium, restaurants, sororities etc. the building has been updated, and is nice. We have friends that own a unit in this building and they love it. Sara, was a pleasure to deal with even on issues that were out of her control. We will definitely try to book this unit again!!

As a college basketball Offical you just want somewhere to lay your head but also to be nice and clean. This little apartment checked all the boxes. Super nice and very clean Definitely will be staying here again
