Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Tuscan Archipelago

It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

Lucia is a very friendly and helpful hostess who is always available. The place is totally beautifully located, walking distance to the sea and yet quiet. However, car is helpful just to explore the great surroundings. Unfortunately, the beds are a little too short for people from 1.90 m. Otherwise, the amenities were simple , functional and clean. We liked it.

This place is magical! It felt like something out of a movie. The views are incredible! We appreciated the amenities in the home. The town itself is small but has some really cute pubs . The locals gave us great recommendations! FYI the hotel in town has a restaurant, but it’s not open to the public, only guests.

The apartment is small but equipped with all the comforts! Excellent location, we visited all the nearby villages in a short time thanks also to the directions of Francesca who was super helpful and kind from the first email We hope to see you again soon! P.S.: The wine was great!

We are a group of 10 friends and had an amazing time at Chateau la Siroque. Francesco was a very nice host, when we arrived we were welcomed with home baked pie and a bottle of wine from the vineyard around the Castle. The view is breathtaking and the whole setting of the villa in the Tuscan hills is just beautiful. The pool is also very nice, and the house very well-equipped. I fully recommend a stay!

It was completely successful! Very nice advance communication with Michele, then very nice handover by Friedhelm. We loved the house spontaneously and it stopped all the time. Great is the panoramic view from the huge terrace. Depending on the request for sun or shade through the large pine trees, there is always the right place all day. And if it rains, you also have a great view from the dining table or from the sofa through the windows reaching to the floor. Kitchen is modern and very fully equipped. Overall, you can tell from the quality of the furnishings that the owners themselves are always living here for longer periods of time. Thanks to good heating, it's also a good tip for winter months. The location to Capoliveri is also excellent. On the one hand, the very varied place can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes on foot, on the other hand, the house itself is very quiet. We felt very comfortable.

Emanuela and Peppe are really great hosts and kind people, they gave us a lot of useful recommendations and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment was clean and good equipped. It was also ideal for our dog, who had access to the garden and was allowed to run there freely. The location has awesome view and is very central of the island.

Lorenzo and Senta welcomed us in a very friendly way! We felt right at home. The place is a great place to start bike rides. We were always super helped with questions and concerns! I'd love to come back :)

Absolutely amazing place with stunning views! Riccardo is very helpful, helped us with recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate Christmas as a big family. Beautiful property, views are hypnotic, you can just soak in the view and Mediterranean horizon. The local cove/beach is both private and clean and well kept. The sun bed membership is a huge benefit and invaluable at busy periods. The house was clean and there was wonderful lounge seating that made for great area for conversation and place to read. Dining was easy , kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable My wife loved the balcony for morning coffee and breakfast . Kitchen was well equipped. To explore the island you do need transport but driving wasn’t a chore and we enjoy our trips to Port Ercole ! The weather was extremely hot but the aircon was sufficient and made for a comfortable evening and nights sleep. We’re already planning our return , it’s a house that makes for family reunions and gathering friends , wonderful, thank you.
