Welcome to well-kept, lovely villa central in Hovås, 500 meters to New Hovås with restaurants and bus communications to Gothenburg! There is also a bus stop 50 meters from the property where the bus goes to Gothenburg with a change. You can get to the sea by car in five minutes or a quarter of an hour's walk! Gothenburg Golf Course is a stone's throw away! In other words, you're close to EVERYTHING! If you want to stay home, there is a cozy plot with a patio, barbecue and hot tub! Child-friendly with a playhouse and toys!

Large and spacious house where two floors(240 m²) are at the disposal of our guests. The house is decorated with new and modern furniture. The living rooms equipped with Samsung 65 and 75 "TVs. Porch, balcony and garden belong to the house. The house is located next to Gothenburg's largest park Slottsskogen and the Botanical Garden. Close to restaurant dense Mariaplan and Linné. Tram stop next to the house will take you to the city center. Two car spaces are included in the rent, more are available to rent if desired.

Newly built, modern house with private location and close to the sea

Modern, newly built house with private location and great views of the forest and meadows on fine Orust. This is where 6 people live with all the comforts. Adults can sit and enjoy the sun from morning till night on the large terrace while the kids play on the lawn. In the afternoon you take the bike to the sea and take a lovely bath. At night you grill and maybe pick some blueberries. In the vicinity there are lovely kayak waters and for those who like nature there are several nature reserves in the area to visit.

Amazing house with beautiful sea view

Green Villa is a charming and tastefully renovated wooden villa from the 1920s, close to both the beach and the west coast cliffs but at the same time Gothenburg's city center a few minutes away. The house's newly built terraces bathe in light from early morning to sunset and here you enjoy a great view. Take the shuttle easily into the city center in a few minutes or stay and enjoy the villa's lush garden. Only a stone's throw away you will also find both outdoor air area and Gothenburg's largest shopping center.

A modern West Coast Villa with plenty of space in the middle of Öckerö, just few minutes walk from Hjälvik beach, ferry to north islands, football field, playgrounds, churches, grocery shop, etc. The 2-floor house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a gym. Fin trädgård och underbar natur precis utanför dörren. Havet med härlig badplats finns på badrocksavstånd. Wifi och internet inkluderat. Bright and nice villa with proximity to the sea and swimming

Nice and bright villa in Kyrkesund. Plenty of room and well-equipped. Close to, 400 meters, to child-friendly swimming area. Take the ferry over to Härön for nice walks and rock baths. Visit the amazing art exhibition Sculpture in Pilane, about 5 km by car or 4 km walk. Hike along the coast or visit cosy Björholmen or Skärhamn. Good location if you want to fish trout or why not to lobster fishing.
