Lovely host & nice place

A lovely place to stay, with a direct view of the padi fields, just like the photos! I took all of their recommendations to eat at layana warung by the waterfall and visit the nearby waterfall with a glass bridge. Their advice about experiencing the open mic night every Thursday in town is well worth it too. We had a fun and pleasurable stay. Very nice and quiet, with enough to do nearby and explore. Some great hiking in the area and a nice temple and cafe in easy walking distance. They made a message/phone group with some people to assist with anything so the stay was seamless!............

The Paya Paya Villa was the perfect accommodation for our adult family's annual holiday (four pairs of adults). Each couple had their own well appointed beautiful bedroom and ensuite giving them their own space within the Villa whilst the outside area and open living room allowed us all to come together for meals, card games, massages and drinks by the pool. The Villa is exactly as described and the images do not express the peaceful feel and generous proportions of the home. The location was central to a diverse range of restaurants (recommend Lilo Indonesian Comfort Food & the Italian Restaurant); medical/pharmacy; "corner" store; and walking/scooter distance from Seminyak shopping district, the beach and Potato Heads. The Villa staff, Arie, Made, Yulis, Made and Ketut allowed us to easily enjoy what Bali had to offer and made our stay so memorable. We cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. It was very difficult to leave such an incredible country and people.

Incredible home... beautiful, private, tucked away in a little pocket of jungle... a true gem!

Beautiful Villa and We enjoyed our stay!

The beautiful accommodation was a perfect getaway for me and my family. But what made me giving the 5Stars mainly is the team. The housekeeping was awesome, so kind and even from a European point of view super super clean. And since my whole Airbnb journey I never experienced such a great and quick response like Made did it. I am so thankful and highly recommend this place. There is one thing that you need to know. Because I am a sensitive person I am pointing that out: it is an open construction. Means, the windows don’t have glass everywhere and in some rooms there is an open wall or an open roof in the bathroom. That means bugs, mosquitos and spiders can come in. Made and his team try to help as much as they can. I just want eventyone to know that in advance.

Love the view! Even though the villa is right next to the rice field, we didn't experience any insects or mosquito problems. The rooms were quite spacious, the bathtubs were nice, although lack of water pressure for the shower. Ayu, the staff, was really kind and helpful. The location is close to lots of great cafes, our favorite was Joon Canggu and Nude.

we really loved our stay at the artist apartment... we could only stay for single night this time becuase of our plans in bali. but we wish to come back for long term stay at the artist apartment for a month plus+ very spacious with a great vibe to concentrate and do creative work we really loved the eclectic design and art.. felt like home.. we loved the books they left there , were acctualy interesting to read.. the beautiful jungle surrounding the apartmant , the river you can see from terrace..we didnt want to leave and we hope to come back. thank you air ubud

I enjoyed spending 2 days in a unique design hotel designed by in a share of Lighthouse. The unique design of the apartment, everything is new, thoughtful little things, even took a few ideas for the implementation of the house. Round bathroom in shell shape - wow. Thanks to Manager Frank for his help and constant connected in Messenger for any questions. I definitely recommend it.

Absolutely lovely hosts. Very warm, helpful and accommodating. Comfortable, clean and cozy accommodation. Very highly recommended! My father and Uncle stayed here and had a wonderful time. Note from my father: Fantastic homemade yogurt, fresh fruit and generous serving size. Very friendly & competent (non-intrusive) personnel. +10 out of 10 on my scale (grumpy old man). I have a great time here. The view is the spotlight. Want to share my story during night time that i felt hungry and i didnt know that the restaurant below was already closed. But one of the worker open back the kitchen just to cook for me. Love the hospitality. If you are reading this i just want to say thank you so much mbak 🫶🏻

Nyoman is a very caring and cool host. I came to Ubud for the first time, but I was so happy. He cleaned right away and accepted feedback right away. And he always tried to communicate with me and gave me a lot of information. He’s a very honest man to know. There will be good accommodation and delicious food. I’ll be back next year. It’s a nice place with friendly staff. Pool and shared kitchen. The WiFi isn’t the best sometimes and there is a dog that barks a lot next door. Overall a pretty good place

Thank-you so much Adi and Frances for the amazing stay at your incredible villas. The villas are immaculate, spacious, comfortable and well designed. I was immediately taken back by the quality. Had a great time sitting on the balcony, and it was just directly near the beautiful mini infinite pool. You can hear the running river in the background, which you can visit via a long staired path. Adi, Frances and the team were incredibly helpful, supportive and kind, they really looked after me, especially when I needed to change my arrangements. I had a very peaceful and relaxing time at the villa, and also wandering around the organic garden. While you are here, don't miss out on booking the cooking course, which is an amazing experience as well!

Feels like stepping into Bali 20 years ago – natural and serene. Spent the whole day in a hammock with a book, watching farmers and birds. Took a sunset walk through the rice fields right from the gate. It’s a perfect escape from city life for me ! But if you’re not a fan of nighttime nature sounds, it might not be for you)

I really enjoyed my stay in the farmhouse! The team and staff were really nice and kind, with very good manners treating the visitors. Surveillance cameras are set well, so feel safe and settled living there. Gus is also very nice to talk to, he took care of the whole property and our safety. The location is very quiet, reachable to anywhere with scooter. Just might be a problem going out when it s raining hard, hopefully the raining season is gonna be over tho

Everything was good, some of the staff didn’t speak much English. Everyone tried their best. Outdoor Spa/massage was amazing

The place was great! Definitely made us feel relaxed and service was excellent! The butler, Made, was extremely helpful and informative. I loved waking up in the morning to the sound of birds and monkeys playing on the trees right infront of the terrace. It was definitely a good place to take a break when you come a thriving city. Would’ve been nice if they had more bamboo huts like these so my friends and I can stay in the same place together. Breakfast was delicious too! Only downside was the hot water was not working in the jacuzzi so I didn’t get to enjoy it much. But it wasn’t a major issue.

This is a truly special place, right in the heart of Bali. Felt almost otherworldly, so peaceful and sacred grounds. It's nature pure, so you have to be friends with that. I had a very happy time. And Anselmus is a very responsive and respectful host.
