It is a brand new apartment of 40 m2 glued to a house. There's a reversible A/C. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 beds of 140*190 of very good quality TV, wi fi, toilet, bathroom, washing machine and dressing room. I provide bedding, towel, foam pusher and toilet paper. There is the crocodile farmhouse (5 km), the Grignan castle (20 km), the Ardeche gorges (20 km), water ski lift (5 km) Cnpe du Tricastin 5 minutes away.
