We stayed for a week with David and his wife and don't regret our choice. The environment around the house is very calm and soothing. Located 5min drive from Valdanos Beach and Ulcinj. David and his wife are hosts who have a real sense of hospitality and have informed us well. The house is very comfortable, the equipment is complete, as described. Recommended without hesitation.

We had a nice time here. The property is very modern, well equipped and very clean. With the available kayak, you can explore the area very well from the sea directly from the in-house sea access. The hosts were courteous and helpful... gladly.

We enjoyed staying here a lot! The hosts are incredibly nice and welcoming :) the location is great and it’s quite calm for noisy donji stoj in summer, so it’s perfect! You will have everything you need there, just consider that you won’t have prepared breakfast as mentioned in the ad.

The place was very nice, clean, spacious, we were 15 people and there was enough space for everyone. The owner is very friendly and nice, even though he lived with us he didn't bother us at all. 5 stars in all respects, our stay was beyond our Expectations.

Very private location. Quiet and very green area

My three boys and I had a lovely vacation. The house lived up to its description 100%. The most beautiful surroundings and tranquility also made us feel right at home. A lovely pool and terrace was perfect for us. Aleksandar was also easy to reach if we had any questions or concerns. He's the best host we've had. Here we will definitely come back to if possible.

Wonderful place especially for a large group. We had a group size of 14 people and everybody fit in very comfortably. Lots of beds and restrooms with two full living room areas. Pool was amazing. The place was very clean, but we did have to deal with ants the entire time. I’m not sure if that was left over from the previous guests or just an issue with the area, but with a very clean kitchen ants were constantly finding our food.

Srdjan was an extremely helpful host, he was always responsive with any questions we had. He came and changed out towels for us as well as providing many recommendations for places to visit. What stood out to me is one night I asked about taxis and he offered to book the taxis for us whenever we needed them (as the taxi company did not speak English) and later found out it was at an extremely good rate (€30 to budva rather than ~€45). He did this in the early hours of the morning and was still very responsive. He also explained many nuances of Montenegro to us, such as the beer bottle deposit/return scheme and advised us that they're all closed on Sundays. The villa is lovely and was able to comfortably accommodate 14 adults self-catering each night using the great BBQ and kitchens. The pool was great and the view is even better; the only downside, I'd say, is the necessity for a car as there is no pavement near the villa and it is a 400m steep driveway which leads to the villa.

Very pleasant stay, with pool and panoramic views. It is a very strategic location allowing very quick access to nearby cities. The host's associates, Petar and Djina, offered us a warm welcome, always listening to us and were very responsive to our needs. Thanks for everything, we had a great time!

Great place with everything you need for your stay. Various beaches are reachable in 10-30 minutes by foot, but you can also always just stay home and enjoy the pool and bbq. We were a group of 7 people and had more than enough space in the house. Marija and her family are amazing hosts, very helpful and kind, they assisted us with everything from our rent a car to boat tours.

Miroslav is an amazing host! very friendly and helpful! if we're ever in Montenegro again Iope we can stay at his again. the place is nice and modern and very short walk to the beach.

Everything about Anna’s place is amazing: well maintained house, great floor plan, beautiful view, very close to the beach, all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was great for cooking for the family, beds were comfortable, swimming pool is great to refresh on a hot day. Perfect place to stay for families out large groups. Anna is an experienced host with good communication. Anna’s mom and her partner very very helpful to resolve issues and provided local recommendations.

Hosts have been very helpful and responsive to requests before and during your stay. The villa is great, perfect for a group of 8-10 people, a clean pool, the only fairly big problem is the lack of air conditioning in two rooms, but with the July heat, even with the fans it was hard to stand and sleep in the room.. The house is quite far from the center and the route about 30 min is not the easiest due to the numerous hills, we managed even with carts. You can ask for a taxi, the cost is about 15 euros or a good option is to rent a car and explore the surrounding towns. A huge plus of this area is the peace and the sea view and the beautiful private beach (the urban ones in the high season are terribly crowded with dark sand). Overall, we rate the stay very positively and would love to come back or stay longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our favourite part was the privite jetty/beach looking out across the sea. Zade provided paddle boards and kayaks and we all enjoyed exploring around a near-by island. Zade was a great host and was always on hand if we needed to ask any questions. We hired cars which was very useful to get to local supermarkets and places of interest.
