This was our second visit to Diane's place. The house is spotlessly clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's in a great location with beautiful views. Walking distance to Murlough Beach. Plenty of space inside and our wee dog just loved running about the large enclosed garden. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom and every detail has been thought of. I will be booking again and staying for longer next time!

Eoins place was fabulous. The location is un real. Views of the sea. Walkable to ballintoy harbour and Carrick a rede rope bridge - both are well worth the visit The house was spotless clean and so comfy and cozy. Kit hen had everything you would need. Just up the road you have 2 great wee bars/restaurants which are the perfect place to sit at the fire with a pint on a wet n windy day. Will def return.

booked at very short notice as a storm had knocked our power out. Thembi couldn't have been better, get the house ready for us with the heating on and food in the fridge for us and our baby in no time at all. lovely house and an even nicer host, I would recommend to anybody

The most amazing house we've stayed in to date. The views from the house are heavenly and the pictures don't do it justice. Being able to walk across the garden to the beach is amazing. Great facilities in the house. The house was always warm. We've stayed in Downings numerous times but the location of this house is perfect. The views are outstanding and being able to walk to the pub, cafes, hotels and shop etc is a major bonus for Donegal. It's also pet friendly which is fantastic and the house has gates on the stairs so the dogs can't wander. The hosts couldn't be more helpful and responsive to any queries. Can't wait to go back again!

Great big house in central location in Killybegs. 15 minute walk to shorefront and pubs/shop etc. Mary was very responsive and extremely helpful both prior to and after our stay. My mum forgot her sunglasses and Mary offered to post them to us - brilliant! There were 5 adults and 4 kids staying and the house was a perfect size. Bedrooms were clean and welcoming. The living room was spacious and warm with the option of an open fire. The kitchen was also very spacious and had everything you would need. We did the short drive to Slieve League and would highly recommend this. All in all, a super stay in a lovely house in beautiful Killybegs. Mary was a brilliant host. Would definitely go back with the family.

We stayed with 3 teenagers and small dog. House very handy to Portstewart promenade. Great location. Host very attentive and responded very quickly to any queries. House is homely, well equipped, clean and plenty of space for all of us. We will definitely be back.

Stayed in the Foxes Den pod with my 2 children and dog for a night over the half term break. Fiona the host had been in touch to check on our arrival time and had the heat on in the pod when we arrived. Halloween sweets and sparklers for the kids was a lovely touch and they were delighted. As described, peaceful, beautiful scenery and plenty of room for the kids and dog. Pod is as described warm, dry and functional. Fiona our host came to meet us and checked we had all we needed, even recommending a local chinese restaurant for dinner. We were the only people in the pods that night and had full use of the hot tub, which was great. Fire pit lit, dinner had, movie watched and marshmallows toasted, time for a comfortable nights sleeps in a warm and cosy pod. Breakfast, more firepit, more hot tub, pack up and homeward bound. Fiona was a great host, there if you needed her but left you to enjoy yourselves. Shower and toilet block very clean as was the shared relaxing area. Fantastic!!!

My partner and I had an amazing getaway to Caitríona’s cottage. The beautiful surroundings, cozy cottage and the dogs Jim, George and Titch made for a really relaxing trip. Caitríona is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend visiting!

A truly magical place. The Mill is so cleverly and beautifully restored - modern amenities in a rustic and cosy home. It was warm, comfortable and welcoming and it had everything we needed. It is a house we are happy to do nothing in but soak in the atmosphere and the idyllic surroundings so it did not matter whatever the weather was! Rose looked after us very well with her recommendations of things to do and even organised for delicious fresh seafood delivered to us. Love love this house and its location. Thank you for having us, Joe and thank you for taking care of us, Rose! We will be back.

I went to celebrate my birthday with my close family, and I must say the property was spectacular. It was clean, spacious, well maintained and very well equipped. I had the best time and will definitely come back. The host was very responsive throughout the stay even for really small things. They were very accommodating as well for all our requests. I can’t fault this property or the service at all. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this property, 5 starts from me.

We arrived in the evening and only stayed for one night, so didn’t have much time to enjoy the facilities, but we still had a nice stay. The heater takes a bit of time to warm up the room, but we were otherwise cosy at night. The location was perfect for our visit to Newgrange.

We stayed here during a wild and rainy February. The sea view is stunning, and this is a beautiful home, with every possible convenience. We had a lovely time relaxing in the hot tub, and reading by the big picture windows. There is a small village close by, with a larger town not much further out. Helen was lovely and responded quickly, and we would recommend a visit.

We stayed for a week and had an amazing time. Caroline was a great host and responded really quickly to any queries we had throughout the week. The house was extremely clean and had everything you would ever need for your holiday. The pool was an added bonus, and although not heated the kids and us really enjoyed having a daily dip. Good location for exploring Donegal, would highly recommend.

The studio apartment was nice and cosy, and well equiped with everything you'd need. The hot tub was a great addition. Nicola was quick to respond to any messages and close by if you needed her help with anything. Even though the studio is within her garden area, she allows you plenty of privacy. It was perfect for my two dogs and close to both Castlerock beach and the Mussenden Temple/Downhill Demesne. Would recommend the Coffee Hut in Castlerock and Al's Coffee Bar beside The Lion's Gate/Mussenden Temple. Will hopefully return soon!

Jill was really helpful, and her home had everything we needed to enjoy our break. It was warm and comfortable, and within a short distance of all the main attractions on the North Coast. We loved staying here, and would definitely do so again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Heart of the Mews. From the moment we booked, Anne-Marie couldn’t do enough for us, from providing us with pet friendly cafes, restaurants and shops to the cookies and milk for when we arrived. The place was so comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The fact that Heart of the Mews was pet friendly was a huge bonus as we were able to spoil our dogs with long walks on the beach. Anne-Marie’s place was in a fantastic location and although a little noisy in the evening (which we were well aware would be the case and would never begrudge anyone a night out!) everything was quiet and calm by 11pm on the dot each night. We absolutely loved our stay in Portrush and will definitely be booking again with Anne Marie in the near future. Ps. The late check out was much appreciated!

This is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed, if not the nicest! Heather is the perfect host. From the moment we made her booking, she was in touch to thank us. Before we arrived, she gave clear directions and instructions on how to access the place. She asked for a rough arrival time so she could set the heat, so the place was so warm and welcoming when we arrived. The place is petite, but doesn't at all feel cramped with two people and a dog. The furniture and bed were so comfy. The fire was built, ready for us to light. The place was absolutely spotless! And not just that, but there was milk, water, butter, jam, eggs, chocolates, and even a loaf of homemade soda bread left for us. There were also dog treats, which our little fella loved! The cottage is right behind Heather's house, with a fence in between. I'm sure if the weather wasn't so bad, we might have crossed paths in the garden. But otherwise, we were left to our own devices. The perfect, quiet weekend getaway!
