Holiday rentals in Ulysses

Beautiful home in a peaceful, private location. We were so comfortable and felt right at home! The large open concept kitchen and living room were perfect for family cooking and visiting. Incredibly comfortable reclining couches in the living room. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening, in the screened in gazebo. Perfect Airbnb for a fall get away! We had a wonderful 3 day vacation. The house is clean, spacious but cozy and has a wonderful outdoor area including a spot for a campfire which we took advantage of on one of our nights. The house is close to the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania and the Pine Creek Rail Trail, a wonderful and scenic place to ride. We do plan to return!

Loved the deer roaming right in the yard and nearby field each morning and evening. Incredibly comfortable home and furnishings. Being able to use the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this place. We can only say great things about this place and hope to stay in the future! Thank you for being a great host!!

This is a gem tucked away in the most peaceful part of town. Surrounded by beautiful nature and peace. A quick little 10 mins drive to Olean. The house is warm, inviting, great beautiful open concept kitchen - equipped with all the things to make you feel at home. High quality appliances. Beds are comfy, all you hear at night is the quite and peace of nature. Superb experience. Dave is a great guy and super flexible, and available to help. He even had a friend come and plow the snow to clear the driveway for me. Highly recommended.

Dustin’s place was very clean, just as the description said. A great place to stay if you’re in the Wellsville area.

Perfect for our family while visiting relatives. The home was in a perfect central location but quiet. Plenty of beds and sofas to sleep on and room in the living room. Kitchen was big and modern for cooking. Love coming here every year.

we have stayed at roughcut properties multiple times..what you see is what you get,always clean and comfortable. their customer service is outstanding!!! we travel a good bit with our dogs which can be challenging finding places that meet our requirements for us and them and roughcut has it all..anytime we are in the area we will be staying with them. They go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasurable as you expect it to be.. thanks so much.

We had a fantastic time at Jim and Nancy’s place. There were detailed labels and instructions for all of the lighting, switches, and amenities in the house which made it very easy to get comfortable and familiar as soon as we arrived. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well stocked with everything you could need to feel right at home. We enjoyed relaxing by the gas fireplace and being able to look out the back windows to wildlife enjoying the bird feeders. There were suggestions in the breakfast nook for things to do nearby. We ended up checking out Martin’s pantry which was absolutely delicious. Nancy was thoughtful and quick to respond, and helped make for an overall great relaxing weekend getaway
