We had a fantastic New Year's Eve in this beautiful mountain apartment! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the ski slopes and the Zeta Chalet. The house is large, cozy and always well heated, ideal for relaxing after a day in the snow. Everything was impeccably clean, and the newly renovated interiors give a modern and comfortable touch. We immediately felt at home and appreciated every detail. Experience to repeat: we will definitely be back!

Stefano is a thoughtful and accurate host. The apartment inside a residence in the most surrounded by nature is pleasant, warm and embellished with shabby chic elements. Stefano available to illustrate the activities to do nearby including the signalling of restaurants and services. The place , just 2 km from the center of the terminillo and surrounded by nature with various walking routes and very quiet. The description of the accommodation is consistent with what was communicated in the presentation. Relaxing environment to spend a week of rest.

Exactly as described, Lucia's accommodation is perfect both in summer and winter, a stone's throw from the services of Pian De' Valli and the facilities. We found everything tidy and very clean.

Very cozy house, equipped with everything, my daughters and I had a great time. Surrounded by beautiful beeches that have made our stay pleasant and fresh, so much so that we can light the fireplace for a summer bowler. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Luca's apartment is a gem, in different respects. Internally it is true to the description, cared for in the smallest details, you could live there, nothing is missing. So it's a rare place to find, higher than what you can find for short rentals on average. The location is equally happy(immersed in a forest, 100 meters from the shops of Pian del Quiero) and allows you to go from the silence of the trees to the voices of tourists in an instant. Finally, I would like to point out Luca's kind availability, always prompt, courteous and effective when we needed his help. If I could give it 6 stars!!!
