Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Umdoni Municipality

It was just what we wanted a little bit of peace with the ocean at our door step. The house could do with a few upgrades but thats life living at the sea and the salt sea air, it won't however stop us from staying there again! It was safe and had everything we needed for our stay! Thomas the caretaker was there for anything we needed, he was also not intrusive and left us to do our thing! We didnt want to leave and again would definitely book another stay there!

Great place for a peaceful getaway. A few steps to the beach. Quiet, relaxing and safe atmosphere. 24hr guards gave us peace of mind.

Bev was a great host. The house was nicely decorated with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The pool was clean and many hours were spent in the jacuzzi. The sea views were amazing! We had a great holiday!

Beautiful house well equipped and situated walking distance from beach. Magical garden with stunning pool and braai area. We enjoyed the pizza oven. Beautiful rooms with a sea. Squeaky clean bathrooms with luxurious linen. Beautiful kitchen with state of the art fridge and coffee machine. All you meed is in this kitchen. Gracious host that checked in on us and provided all info. Staff on the premises are fantastic. Dog friendly fenced property, beaches and restaurants. We loved every second and will be back. The pictures dont do just to the place,the home is more beautiful than the pics.The host was so warm & welcoming she made sure our stay was very comfortable She went the extra mile as to provide extra pot & actually even buying a bigger pot for us All bathrooms had shower gel provided

The host Nontokozo Rosemary has provided an excellent property worth the money spent. The manager Mbali was of great support with prompt response. Well furnished with sufficient storage, very clean and neat linens, towels, etc. Felt like at home. Highly recommended for the families...

We had the most wonderful stay. The location is excellent, on the beach with stunning views and close to amenities. The house is well equipped and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will definitely return!

The house was beautiful.The house was too hot and the fact that house had no air-conditioners were not working it was too hot they need to get functional aircons. The money uncomfortable process was the check out process we felt that we were not respected at all. There was a lady that came out n close to check out did not greet , did not introduce hereself,did not advise why she was there went straight to inspect the rooms my husband was half naked . Our privacy was invaded. We picked up they were quite new to the Airbnb space, we requested a speaker which was part of what was listed. The owner advised they would send it the following morning,they came but did not bother to call and advise they were at the gate they just arrived and asked to get in the house. It would have been appreciated if they would have granted us privacy and respected us and called when they were entering the house.Over all the house was clean kitchen drawers were not clean.The owners were nice .

The place is very neat and clean. It has everything you need and beautiful views of the ocean. The checkin and checkout also went quite smooth and the staff the very friendly. I’d definitely stay there again!

This unit was very comfortable, clean and well set out. Having a dishwasher , washing machine and tumble dryer was so convenient , in addition to the beautiful kitchen with all the necessary appliances. You can’t ask for better sea views - enjoying a cup of coffee or a meal on the balcony with the sound of the waves is food for the soul. Private access to the beach without having to use a car every time was an absolute plus! Gillian was amazing from the time we booked with clear communication on all aspects , responding quickly to any questions and was extremely helpful but not overbearing at the same time. We had a fantastic family break in this very clean, comfortable and well kitted unit which has been well thought out. The complex is well looked after and access to a swimming pool after a hot day on the beach was awesome too. Highly recommmended.

The unit was close to shopping centers for convenience and just a short walk from the beach. It was the ideal base for a family holiday. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay. Stunning views from the comfort of a well kept beutiful home. It is the only unit with its own private garden and plunge pool. The host ishara was always available for us. I would highly recommend this for a family getaway. We would definitely come back.

It was nice and comfortable, close to the beach for evening walks, which were awesome, quiet surroundings that kept the peace for a great time away from home. The place was clean and tidy upon arrival, which made it nice to settle in immediately. Thanks to the hosts who made it possible for us to enjoy our stay.

Hi John,from me Harriet and my family, we couldnt have asked for anything else, that place was breath taking, sitting there by the window and just looking directly at the ocean, for us that was a bonus, the house was amazing, it was so peaceful, and the area was so child friendly, Sleeping at night our boy didnt even need his white noise as the ocean was making the similar sound. Your place is exceptional 👏 👌 and we are coming back again this year, keep it open for us.
