Great staying, has one big double bed upstairs, and one downstairs, great kitchen, kitchen tools , anything you need for cooking and eating you have there waiting for you, bathroom clean and tidy everything, washing machine and smart TV with Netflix!

Value for money was great, the cabin was very secluded in beautiful nature, 25 minutes by car to restaurants and a grocery store but exactly what we wanted, the ad was accurate, full amenities in the kitchen, there was a lot of wood for the fireplace and sled for children, Chromecast and fan for the fireplace had not worked at first but the host always responded and helped!

Unique peaceful artist's cabin by the sea

This is a unique house in a unique location. It's hard to describe, you have to experience it. There is a fantastic restaurant called Kajkanten at the local port (5 min. walk). The pasta dish was the best ever. The host Linéa is such a lovely person. Highly recommended.

We had a good stay at this cabin, the location is great and the views from the cabin are beautiful . We stayed with kids and there was plenty of space for them to play inside and outside . Sauna & Palju were good- just small improvements would be to have thermometers in both to make heating them easier . Juha was good communicator .

Very good place for families. Big and well furnished building with an iconic fireplace and sauna. The building is well heated. The kitchen is 100% equipped. The host also provided us with sledges, toys and ping pong. The small river is right in the backyard. There is a hill for the kids for sledge riding in 5 min walk and an ice rink in 2 min walk. Umea city is in 15-20 min driving. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Lakefront house with sauna & gym

Very cozy and quiet lake house with beautiful surroundings. The sauna and the grand piano were great extras. Charlotte was very flexible and even picked us from Umeå since we didn't have a car and arrived by train. You could get to the house by bus but it's definitely more convenient to have a car in this area. The house has all amenities you can think. Not a complaint but be aware that the tap water is very iron heavy. Would love to come back!

I would say that it was good option being a Muslim and south Asian, so I didn't carry extra stuff with me. He was very well aware of values what I am having, so I did not feel odd. He was respectful and caring host, which I value the most.
