Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

The QUELLALPIN.at with pool, fitness, spa is only 150m away. In winter (Oct. to May) our guests have exclusive FREE admission to the swimming pool & fitness, in summer our guests receive 50% discount. Local tax 2.80€per person (from 16 years)/night is NOT included in the rental price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

We offer a modernly furnished holiday apartment for 2 to a maximum of 6 people in the heart of the Ötztal. Umhausen is an ideal starting point for many activities. You can go snowboarding and skiing in Sölden or Hochötz. The ski resorts are just a few minutes' drive away! (Free ski bus in winter!) Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! Children are warmly welcome with us.

Haus Ronny in Umhausen

Her cozy apartment for four is located close to the center of Umhausen, only about 9 km from the Hochoetz family ski area and about 23 km from Sölden. The wonderful nature of the Ötztal can be explored on numerous hiking and climbing routes. A holiday in South Tyrol is possible after a car ride of about 98 km via the well-known Timmelsjoch-Hochalpenstrasse in summer. In Umhausen you will find a bakery and restaurants as well as the Ötzi village, the bird of prey park and the Stuibenfall.

Haus Sautens is a charming chalet with a stunning view in a little and quiet village, Sautens/Oetztal. The house is very well equipped and has a beautiful garden with garden sauna to enjoy during summer and winter. Top outdoor activities are possible in summer and winter. Canyoning, rafting, hiking, climbing, mountainbiking, skiing and a lot more... Easy and close access to ski area HochOetz/Kühtai, but also Hochzeiger, Sölden and Gurgl are interesting ski area's to explore.

Lovely little apartment in the middle of Ötztal

The accommodation is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet Burgstein (~1500m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours in summer. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski resorts in 20 minutes by car. The (ski)bus stop is 2.5km away, in high season there is a taxi to the stop twice. Local and shopping facilities in Längenfeld/Huben.
