Holiday rentals with a pool in Una

The stay was very good, the house is good and it accommodated us well, the hut is perfect very close to the sea and still with a wonderful pool, Caseiro Moreno helped us in everything that was always necessary, the Nina Cook who was a plus has a very tasty food and did all the chores of the house leaving us to feel free to enjoy the holidays, Rita and Roy were very helpful even when we had a problem with the refrigerator at Cabana and Roy bought a new freezer so we could use, we spent great days and rested a lot taking advantage of the pool and the beach.

The house is wonderful, exactly as in the description! Your host is always very helpful! A great choice for those who want to stay close to the sea and with many amenities!

I spent 4 nights in Ilhéus at Rafael's place in the first half of December 2024, before the peak season really began. The house is great, with air conditioning in the bedrooms. Having a pool was excellent for the area too! We preferred to visit beaches on the south side of town, which were about a 30-minute drive away, without too much traffic while we were there. The neighbourhood is simple with a few small shops for necessities and places to get drinks.

We had an amazing experience in the house in Ilhéus! We were received by José, who was super helpful and attentive. The location is very good, the house is on the beach street, so we have already arrived by trip and we went straight to the sea! Jairy Beach delighted us, with warm waters and a super quiet environment. The house is spacious, with comfortable rooms, an excellent pool to relax after the beach and a very good BBQ area. The pictures are already beautiful, but still not close to the reality of the place. A true paradise. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful decor, impeccable garden. It was an experience. Home is the event. Some days I didn't even leave to go to the beach. The hostess is very kind and agile in communication, as well as the staff who support the house, as well as being very discreet. The house corresponds to the listing, a large house with good rooms and the outside area quite pleasant. The very polite and helpful hosts, my family spent a great weekend. We travelled with three-month-old babies and the tranquility of the place and the structure of the house left nothing to be desired.

Overall, the apartment provided a comfortable and accurate stay with great amenities and a responsive host. The security protocol, while offering peace of mind, became slightly cumbersome for guests leaving the property multiple times. I had a pleasant stay at this apartment, which was exactly as described online. The pool, kids’ park, and direct beach access were standout features, all well-maintained and surprisingly convenient for families. The onsite store and restaurant were helpful additions, saving trips into town, which is about a ten-minute drive away. Although the round-the-clock security created a reassuring level of safety, having to buzz in and out each time did feel a bit inconvenient if you plan to explore the area frequently. Nonetheless, the host’s clear instructions and quick responses made every step of check-in and checkout easy, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience overall.

We loved our stay in this apartment. All very clean, well equipped and identical to the photos. The hosts were very helpful and helped us very quickly. The location is excellent. The condominium is glued in an Atacadão, which makes shopping much easier without needing a car. The location is also great for accessing the beach, we only need to cross the avenue.

We spent two nights at Luiza's apartment. It has a great location close to the beach and Supermarket beside the house. The site was super clean and as per the announcement . I loved the stadia and I intend to go back again. The only thing I missed was a microwave oven and wine glasses, but the conventional oven worked well. But I thank you in advance for hosting.
