Holiday rentals with a patio in Union City

5 Stars all across the board! My 2nd time booking with Bobby and just like the 1st time it was a great, comfortable and convenient place to stay! The host is extremely attentive and friendly.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host went above and beyond to make our experience great, he even allowed us to check in a day earlier since we were stuck at the airport, which was a huge relief! Communication was quick and easy, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a hassle-free and welcoming experience. Would definitely book again!

What a great spot! We were so comfortable and relaxed in this quiet, pristine apartment in a Brooklyn brownstone. We appreciated the attention to detail and all of the thoughtful touches that ensured we had everything we could possibly need for a home away from home over the holidays. Greg was super responsive and gave us some helpful tips for getting around as well as some stellar restaurant recommendations! All in all, we had a phenomenal experience and can't wait to come back. Great visit for short trip to town

This hidden gem is our favorite place to stay when we want to spend time in NYC. We always look forward to the beds! They are the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in whether an Airbnb or a hotel. It is the best feeling jumping into soft clean linens!! We absolutely love Aida! She is the sweetest and always thinking of her guests. We always feel safe and at home whenever we visit!! Highly recommend!

The apartment actually looked better than the photos. It’s completely updated and was very clean. The host was communicative and very helpful. You can definitely hear the upstairs neighbors, but that isn’t anything the host can control. There are a couple flights of stairs, if that is an issue, but it would not deter me from HIGHLY recommending this lovely updated apartment. Subway is a very easy walk with the Chocolate Cafe also being nearby.

I will for sure be back! This spot is perfect for my needs! I live in NYC with my husband and 6 children, and am a student. I needed a quiet and comfortable place to study and complete some final projects - and this was JUST the right place. Well stocked kitchen for all of my cooking, and I loved the dedicated office space.

Very nice space and location, would definitely stay again. -Close to all amenities, but also extremely quiet. -Very good value for money. -Spacious and extremely well furnished unit made my 8 night stay very comfortable. -Ample parking on street right next to the unit.

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Travis' place provided an amazing stay in Brooklyn. The place was clean and equipped with all the amenities as described. You can't beat the location for an easily walkable Brooklyn experience and the area felt very safe. Travis was incredibly communicative and courteous. I would definitely stay there again!

Let me tell you Silvia was an amazing host. I’ve stayed at a lot of places but she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and able to get into the place that was just as she posted. I’m telling you if you stay at her place she treats you just like family. I will be back just to have her host my family. Thank you and appreciate everything you did to make our stay something to remember and feel special stay at your place. If I could it would be 10 stars.

We were a family of 5 visiting New York and enjoyed our stay in lovely, comfortable, clean , quiet accommodation, close to bus route and subway . Enjoyed the use of 4 huge tv screens as well, the photos of apartment matched our expectations. Would definitely recommend staying there.

We really enjoyed our stay. The furnishings were new, and the apartment was really clean. The unit is on a quiet street, but within a block of lots of restaurants, bars and a grocery store. Access to the subway into Manhattan was within a few blocks as are Prospect Park, Prospect Park Zoo, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and the Brooklyn Museum of Art. The amenities in the apartment were great. Access was easy and communication from Asha was clear and timely. Would definitely stay again!

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It’s very new and incredibly spacious. The front yard, in particular, made my dog’s three-day stay absolutely delightful. The indoor garage with a charging station kept my Tesla fully charged at all times. The host was extremely nice—when I requested an adjustment to the indoor temperature, he immediately made the change to my satisfaction. Every request and inquiry was responded to promptly. The assortment of cookies and snacks on the table was a lovely touch, and my son especially loved them. Overall, it was a fantastic four-day, three-night stay. I truly hope to return someday!

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room to unwind after a long day in the city. Everything was clean was absolutely gorgeous. My 8 year old used the word “spiffy” when we walked in. Anthony was very friend and a great communicator. We have a lovely time!!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

The Haüs of Bliss was just as cozy and kinky as advertised! My partner and I had a wonderful weekend there and loved every minute of it! The projector in the play room was also a wonderful touch where we could watch a movie or show when we wanted to take some breaks. We had so much fun and would definitely come back.

Just perfect for our trip visiting NYC! It is very easy and safe to walk to the train. The grocery store is even closer… small in size but well stocked. We ate dinner at two recommended restaurants in Jersey City - both yummy! We did not mind hearing a little family sounds at all. And for sleeping… the neighborhood is quiet! Book it and enjoy!
