Holiday rentals with a patio in Union County

Janice and Shelby were great hosts. The space was immaculately clean and comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the area. It offers convenient access to Cumberland Gap National Historical Park.

Location, Location, Location! The location of this condo was amazing. We walked across the road and up the street and had really good food, beer, coffee, and cocktails. Quick 2 miles to UT. The condo itself was beautiful. We have been renting homes for travel for over 15 years, and I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and because it is 'vacation' I also want trendy! This condo hit both those marks; sparkly clean and was decorated with some really fun details. Plenty of towels, extra pillows, and all we needed in the kitchen. We set on the balcony and enjoyed a glass of wine. You do have to go through one bedroom to get to the next, but this did not bother us because everything else was so nice...and honestly if you are close enough to stay with someone at an Airbnb that really should not bother you. Would absolutely stay again during UT football/baseball and walk to UT.

Great stay!! Perfect for someone who's visiting town, especially if your visiting Carson Newman it's a 2 minute walk! Also walking distance to food, campus, and more. Very easy to fine as well and felt safe and was clean!! We were visiting some family at Carson Newman and were able to walk to the game! We came in kind of early and she was able to accommodate us getting an early check in!! Very friendly host and super cute friendly dog as well! Will 10% book again when we come back to visit!

Chelsea was easy to communicate with from beginning until the end. Her place was beautiful. Plenty of room for a larger family. Loved having 4 bathrooms and a bathtub for the grandkids. Great location! Beautiful views! Would stay there again for sure!

We took my Mother Inlaw for her 80th birthday to Norris Lake and found this beautiful condo/house listed on the site. It was a newer build and absolutely beautiful inside and decorated very nicely. The beds were comfy and plenty of space and the view sitting on the deck was very peaceful of Norris Lake. The kitchen is stocked very well as well as a coffee/beverage cart. Megan is an amazing host and was very responsive on every question that I had and responded quickly too. I would highly recommend to stay at this place and definitely worth every penny. One suggestion as we did not have a boat but you can rent a boat at the marina as well as there are golf cart rentals too at another location for rental. Thank you Megan for hosting us in your beautiful home. We definitely will be back.

Place was way nicer in person. Location is perfect for boating with easy access to the ramp and dock. House had everything we needed! Super clean and all the neighbors were nice

I wanted to sing the song "Over the river and through the woods" as we drove along following our GPS to this hilly location through farm valleys and jutting peninsulas. Finally it was BREATHTAKING as we topped a ridge and saw our grandchildren in the driveway who were literally jumping up and down with excitement. What a beautiful lake view! The kiddos were ready for the code to get in and explore since they had already seen the kayaks, the water equipment, the fire pit and the lovely deck overlooking the lake. To say they were even happier when they saw the game room downstairs and the bunk bed room....well, they were. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us with the two king suites, and the 3 bedrooms downstairs (one of which contained those nice bunk beds.). The breeze from the high location off the lake was just right for outdoor dining with lots of patio furnishings. We enjoyed s'mores around the fire pit (brought our own bamboo sticks) after dark. Lovely!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Lots of room to have family time (card games, movies, etc.) Kitchen was stocked with the essential utensils needed. Very clean. Besides the bar top separating the kitchen from the living area, the only dining table was outside (which is great for the warmer months) but with the temps in the teens we brought one from the lower deck inside - which worked just fine. Plus this gave us a table to play card games. We would stay here again!!!

Nice family home with nice decor and touches. 2 story with a basement with bed, pull out couch and futon. 3 rooms with beds on 1st level. There was a walk in shower upstairs and tub shower on the first floor. Nice kitchen with toaster oven, Filtered fridge water and ice. Host was super speedy with replies and very accommodating. He even let us use 5 camping chairs. Home is surrounded by lake but inlet behind home is not accessible down wooded hill and full of branches. About a 10 min walk to get into lake so turned out fine and we always got the area to ourselves.

Our stay at this Airbnb on Norris Lake was absolutely fantastic! The house is brand new, and it shows in every detail. From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and pristine condition of the property. Everything in the house felt fresh and untouched, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The attention to detail in the cleaning and presentation was truly remarkable. Our host, Amy, was exceptional in her communication. She was prompt, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Her attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our experience. The location on Norris Lake is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the area. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or a more attentive host. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Norris Lake!

Scott is an amazing host. He thought of everything to accommodate us. There is plenty of room for personal items in every room from little nooks to the closets. The kitchen has everything you could need. We highly highly recommend staying here. The location is minutes away from a YMCA, Kroger, plenty of yummy restaurants and so much more. 5 Star Hidden Gem! We LOVED Peyton's Closet. The location, the included parking, pet friendly, easy instructions, the attention to detail, super clean...the list goes on. Coffee for the morning, a basket of snacks - everything you need is in this sweet little space. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. The hosts were super communicative and friendly. I will check availability every time I come to visit my son at UTK and will absolutely stay here again. It was perfect for my mom and I and our dog. Note: We kept our dog with us and found out there is UBER/LYFT with pet which was great not having to find parking everywhere. If you plan to leave your dog bring your crate. This place was perfect for us. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Julie is a great host and responsive. The condo is in a fabulous location, easy to walk to all the action and close enough to any UT activity. Would definitely stay here again. Clean, well laid out and a great set up for relaxing in living room and having personal space for sleeping.

We stayed 2 nights on road-trip. Didn’t get a chance to see immediate neighborhood. Easy access to sites we wanted to see. Host top notch.

We had a wonderful time exploring Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The place is beautiful with amazing views. Everything was super clean and they have everything you can think of. They are wonderful hosts. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.
