It was built in 1860 and freshly renovated in a way that preserved all of its old charm. The space available is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom in the owners duplex. The Bus Stop is conveniently located about 60 feet from the room towards the right when walking out of the property. When you arrive at the corner of 54th St, walk across the street and that will be the bus stop. Take any bus and it will stop at the Port Authority Bus Terminal / 42nd St/ Time Square.
