Maribel's home is very safe and secure. It is located in a quiet area, with a great "friends and family" vibe on the weekends. It is walkable to many restaurants and shops, and about a 10 minute ride to the Old San Juan area. She is the perfect host and was always available for questions or advice. We are already considering our return trip! Thank you, Maribel!

Aydil and Yadil are great hosts. They always answer everything I need quickly. The place is beautiful with breathtaking view. The area is empty but it is okay to walk further for restaurants. Overall, amazing stay!

It’s an amazing view, good accommodations for six people with plenty of space to not be crowded and the terrace is very large for eating, sunbathing and just hanging out with a group. Lisa did a great job of communicating with us on a question or issue, timely responses. We’ve stayed here before and probably will again, it fits our needs perfectly with six people. Central location for walking to stores, restaurants, rentals and not far from the pier where we get the ferry. A few of our party arrived on the early ferry and they were permitted to put food in the refrigerator while waiting for actual check in time, very helpful considering the temperature in the tropics. Thanks for another enjoyable three night stay in our favorite place.

Best view and a 1 minute walk to the beach it was amazing and close to the main tourist attractions. Had a store next 2 min walking distance that had everything you need.

The apartment was in a very good society and the view from the apartment was amazing. The host was friendly, responsive, and helped with local suggestions for groceries and restaurants.

Pat is a exceptionall host. Super responsive and accommodating. She even delivered a small blender for us to use during our stay:)The Bed was firm and supportive. The location is very walkable and near many conveniences. Also very safe with security gates and a night guard. There was quite a bit of noise from street and traffic as it's a busy tourist area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and loved having the lagoon right in the back yard! And a beach right across the street!

Our weeklong stay here was paradise! The space and layout of the house was perfect for us and our 3 teen/young adult boys. Everyone had their own private space as needed and the outdoor and indoor gathering spaces were perfect for meals, coffee, card games and relaxing! Our youngest loved hunting on the accessible beach for sea glass and other beach treasures. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return!

Great place to stay for a chill weekend with family! Specially because of the downstairs area.

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

We are in love with The Happy Yellow Beach House. Everything was on point from our first contact with Manny! The house runs itself and there will be no worries from start to end. It seriously checks every box for what you would imagine you would enjoy and/or require. We will see you next year same time same place! 😎🌴🌊🏝️🌞🛶👙

If you are looking for a tropical paradise with a stunning home, look no further! Our family of 3 loved every second of our stay here, from waking up to the sound of waves literally across the street to falling asleep to the coqui serenade on the forest behind us. We spent a lot of time after our day trips lounging on the comfortable and breezy porch and our teen had a great time in the pool, especially when it changed colors! Edna was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive, with helpful suggestions and even let us eat some of her star fruit off her tree in the yard! Wish we didn’t have to leave 🩵

We had such a wonderful stay. It was a little tricky to find, especially at 230am, but Isaac was very helpful. The best surprise was the beach. If you love secluded beaches then you will fall in love. It is pretty much across the street. It was very cool to check out the old water park. Made for some pretty cool pictures. Cute backyard, complete with some rogue pomegranates. Friendly neighbor dogs and a pond to walk around. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Lovely decks for eating meals outside. Beautiful pool area, Sandy beach with shade trees and comfortable loungers. Beach bar and restaurant within easy walking distance ( close at 8 pm). Must take taxi ( $6pp) to Red Hook ( 2 minute drive) for groceries and supplies. Getting to Red Hook is not easily walkable. Condo kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, and wifi great. It was a bit tricky to find as we arrived in the dark.

This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

Carlos’s place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Host was friendly and responsive, location is within 10-15 minutes ride of many beaches and other attractions, a lot of restaurants and bars near by. His recommendations made a trip unforgivable.

Edwin & Julia’s place was our home away from home. It was a cozy place with kitchen, laundry, and space to spread out after a day of sightseeing. We spent a lot of mornings & nights on the balcony overlooking the marina to the left & rainforest to the right. The pools were great too! Just what we were looking for. The location is great by the marina. The Las Vistas cafe was our favorite breakfast, just a few miles away. Communication was excellent. They responded within minutes. Wonderful place!!!! We will stay here again.

The property was great, a lot of space, and a great location.

This spot was spot on! Centrally located, beautiful aesthetic with a responsive and helpful host. The apartment looked exactly as the images on the listing, the building was sandwiched in between two wonderful restaurants. We were steps to the beach, anything and everything you need is right out the front door.
