So grateful for our weekend getaway at Larissa's. Everything was so peaceful and cozy. We have two little boys and Larissa was wonderful with making them comfortable to join in on the farm responsibilities, from feeding animals to gathering eggs and cleaning the barn. Our boys kept talking about Farmer Larissa and when they would see her and the animals again, (Finn and Bugsy especially!). We felt so warmly welcomed, in naturally good company and really can't wait to come back again for a longer stay.

I wish I could give more than a 5 star review! if ever a place earned a 1,000 stars, this is it! It's the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The decor is charming. the hosts were fabulous and attentive. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil you could desire. The view is great and there is so much to do on the grounds. We enjoyed pickleball a walking around the lake. We spent a lovely evening around a campfire made from the amply stocked wood pile. No attention to detail was spared and everything was impeccably clean. I have stayed at Air Bnbs all over the country and this one tops them all! I know this is a place I will be returning to over and over again.

Gail was commutative and helpful! The cabin barn was beautifully decorated, quaint, and cozy. The outhouse was clean and a short walk from the cabin. We didn’t use the shower or bath tub but they looked lovely. The heated mattress covers kept us warm at night. Overall a beautiful and convenient place to stay!

This was our first time at the Barn. There were 8 of us. We had plenty of room. Plenty of parking. MaryBeth and Doug are extremely friendly. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the Barn. Will definitely book there again next year.

We recently enjoyed a lovely stay at The Carriage Barn in Guilford. Our host, Katherine, was very responsive to everything we might have needed during our visit: a very easy check in and out process, detailed instructions on how everything worked, items for our comfort (a gift of delicious chocolates, many fluffy towels, silky sheets, etc.), and was easily available via texting. The photos of her restored historic barn are very accurate - it's a beautifully designed renovation and is decorated with lovely art pieces, cozy furniture, and a huge library of books for your enjoyment. The tv works great and so does the WiFii. We traveled with our small dog and there is a baby gate available that easily snaps onto the staircase posts so I was not concerned about my dog's safety.. Best of all is the beautiful views of the gorgeous Vermont countryside. You'll see lovely sunsets here and spectacular sunrises. It's a great spot to truly relax.

We stayed at Enoch Farms on short notice and needed a dog friendly place with enough beds for our group. The Barn was perfect! The beds were comfy and the location was great. Karen was kind enough to allow us to check out late which really helped! Thanks for letting us stay!

Whiskey River was amazing. The barn itself is set up so beautifully! There is lots to do and if you don’t want anything to do there are very many ways to relax. We loved sitting outside and taking in the view and getting to see all the surrounding animals. We also really enjoyed having dinner at the dining table downstairs in the barn with the barn doors open. It was the relaxing break we needed. Whiskey River will hold a special place in my heart not only for the hospitality and beauty but because my partner and I got engaged during our stay! I could not have asked for a better place to get engaged and really get to enjoy each other’s company :) thank you both so much for a memorable stay!

I only wish we could have stayed longer! MC’s house is surrounded by beautiful nature and has no shortage of fun activities - tennis court, hot tub, fire pit, hiking nearby, etc. It was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were welcoming and communicative.

This was our second stay for a staff meeting. Loved coming in the springtime! It’s a beautiful, peaceful space for a retreat. Hosts are kind and very responsive. Spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. We enjoyed preparing meals in the kitchen, walking in the evening, and slept great! Will visit again.

This was my second stay at Loris place. It was same as before. Very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Very cozy! We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

This is a peaceful, cozy getaway. Perfect for a couple with dogs. Hot tub and firepit were nice to use during our stay. Close enough to Hocking Hills for hiking opportunities.

The Barn is even better than the pictures! It’s so cute- quiet and private. The back area was great- and there was a fabulous outdoor sitting area that was perfect when the breeze was too cool. Our dogs had a great time- all the good smells and lots to explore. It is a pretty quick trip into Oxford. We had no cell signal without using WiFi- but it was good and fast. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway.

We loved our time at the black barn! It was the perfect retreat—serene, quiet, and surrounded by breathtaking views, horses, and cows. The location offered a wonderfully calming atmosphere, a truly relaxing escape, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the natural beauty of the area.

Everything was great. Just read through everything. 10 person place but pay extra for half those occupants. Beautifully set up

Great quiet place. Beautiful decor and great kitchen. Was there for work in the area. But the hot tub was great and cooking in the kitchen was nice.

This was an amazing place for our family to stay. Outside there was a firepit, zip line for the kids, walking trail and plent of palces to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

Lovely, cozy and peaceful apt to enjoy farm life from. Grandkids loved the basketball court, fire pit and all the animals. Grandson said pull out sofa bed was extra comfy. We loved feeding, petting the cats, goats & cows. I enjoyed every aspect of this rentals, both inside and out.

Loved this magical little country home, literally adjacent to a field where their goats and horse roam around. Our toddlers moved the animals, the hot tub was a hit and the host went above and beyond with amenities for our group. So many thoughtful touches and for our group of two toddlers and an infant, a high chair, pack and play and baby bath (as well as lots of toys) were so appreciated! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and beyond what we expected. Also super easy to get to Bellingham and Whatcom Falls. Would definitely stay again!

This place is more than is said the apartment the property everything is so serene and beautiful. Host stays on property but doesn’t bother u unless you need something the stay was amazing…

We had stayed at this place a few years ago for a couples retreat and really enjoyed it. We booked it again as we had enjoyed it the first time. It's a nice location that is off the beaten path and pretty private and quiet. The home is well furnished and taken care of. Everything that we needed was provided. We loved using the hot tub with the snow falling! We are already planning to go back next year!

We have stayed at Brenda’s barn several times and it is ALWAYS a wonderful stay! Conveniently located, great space and a wonderful host! We look forward to more stays!

The red barn is a nice place to stay if you plan to visit the Gettysburg area. It can be fairly tricky to find but Tracy's directions are super helpful. The drive to Gettysburg is really quick and easy. The barn was clean amenities were as listed. If you love to skim through a nice collection of books, their library is pretty awesome.
