Come stay in this cozy cottage featuring a full kitchen, Nespresso machine, and a wonderful yard for pets! The house offers a king bed in the upstairs main room, a queen bed downstairs, as well as a large couch. We are also happy to provide a blow up mattress, if needed. Fiber/TV for those looking to get some work done. The home is located in a great neighborhood in Austin - walking distance to South Congress, top restaurants, Zilker, Town Lake and a $10 (typically) Uber to anything downtown.

Remodeled down to the studs duplex. Full time licensed vacation rental since 2012. It’s not someone’s home. Private fenced backyard. Price includes Hotel tax. Located across street from Hula Hut, Abel's, Mozart's, bus stop, BoatLanding, & Park. Bicycle share station 200 yards away. Located in Tarrytown, nicest & safest neighborhood in Austin. I sometimes do maintenance on this Airbnb & go into the backyard. I will try to notify you in advance. Pet Fees $25 - $50/pet (total) after booking.

Book 7 nights or more and the day that you check in we will reimburse the USD$100. This is a 2 story townhome with two comfy master king suites with their private bathroom each bedroom. Quiet neighborhood that you can enjoy a walk with your Pet. Guest Review Perfect little two-story condo, Freshly remodeled. Host was accommodating for last minute reservation. Super fast responsiveness. Everything was clean and tidy.. Overall a good experience and exactly what we needed.
