(For those who check in on 12/20, a discount will be applied. Instead, you must check out by 7 am. Please check and understand.) It is a two-story house in Seonwon-myeon, Ganghwa-gun, where you can use the entire second floor.(It's about 25 pyeongs.) ● However, please refrain from making noise late at night (singing, loud noises, screaming). Five people can rest. For 5 people, we have two queen-sized beds and one super-single. (Up to 8 people can be used, and an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person will be incurred from 6 people.) You can eat, and there is also a dining corner. The outdoor terrace is also equipped with barbecue facilities. (Charcoal fire cost is 30,000 won.) And a clothing styler, Netflix, water purifier, and Illy capsule machine are also provided. You can use the yard in front of the house for parking. There is a convenience store within a 3-minute walk. We will take care of it cleanly. Please rest well.

Cozy renovated 2rooms+dinning 5min-subway/Netflix

it is located just between Itawon and HongDae, 5 min from the double subway station which is HyoChang Park (subway line 6, and subway line Gyongui central). You can also enjoy great Hyochang Park and Gyongui line forest way. There is also the Yongmoon traditional market near the subway station, you can walk to Yeoljeong-do (good restaurants at old factory buildings) Very convenient location, just 20meter at home we have 24hours CVS store, coffee shops (mtl,etc)and a good bakery (ours blanc)

WELCOME to visit in the most convenient house for transportation in seoul! My house is very close to many tourist attractions like Myeong-dong, NamSan tower, Insadong, Gyeongbok palace, Iteawon, Dongdaemun culture and park. It's two minutes' walk from Myeong-dong Station. 3 air-conditioners in each rooms~ We have obtained a government authorization as a host family in 2015. Our house is a general two-story house with roof top and back yard. We are hosting two separated houses on the second floor, which are well set to stay at. House is located near famous food alley in Mapo district.
