We loved staying here in Nice! The apartment is in a wonderful location. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and we were surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants! Hanna was an amazing host, it was easy to get in touch with her and she was responsive.

I had a great stay - beautiful new apartment, right in the centre, 5 mins walk from the train station/ 25 euro uber trip to Monaco. Perfect location. Super clean and spacious place. You do beed to bring your luggage to 3 rd floor with no lift though. Saimir, who manages the property with Anya was there every day and helped with everything straight away. And also helped amazingly with keeping my luggage longer on check out. Massively appreciate! Will def come back! Thank you, team!

3P renovated in villa,parking,A/C, shared garden

We stayed at the place for 5 days and felt at home. Françoise responds very quickly to messages and leaves nothing to be desired. The villa has its own yard and thus private parking or a safe area where children can play, which we really liked. The villa is also very light-flooded and offers enough space in each room for at least 2 people. All in all we had a great stay in the accommodation and would be happy to come back!

Beautiful T1 in the city center two minutes from the beaches

Beautiful apartment, very well located. Good bedding. All done on foot. At the Rondelli car park and at the climb of the Val Rahmeh garden you can find a free spot! But you still have to walk after that! Only Les Sablettes Beach, as its name suggests, has sand, but currently closed for embellishment work. A building construction is planned next to the Verlaine, check it out!

Top-quality apartment in tranquil village setting

Our stay at the apartment in the middle of september was just wonderful! Tobias and David are the nicest hosts, very carring but not intrusive at all. Their wine bar is also an absolut recommendation. The flat is very stylish and clean and is perfectly located to either have a nice beach day, have a hike in the mountains or just releax in the apartment and enjoy the view. Best of all worlds! Thanks for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas and New Year and felt very much at home.The balcony too was great and we enjoyed having breakfast there most mornings looking at the beautiful sea views.Would recommend Laure's place and will hopefully stay there again

Perfect apartment for a working/vacation. Great location close to the centre of Villefranche although you do need to be fairly fit to climb the steps from the harbourside to the property. Roni was very helpful and met us on arrival and gave us some great tips on local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning soon.

We loved it so much that we didn't see the time pass to the point of forgetting the checkout date. The apartment is superb very well equipped with great taste the location is perfect just next to the convenient train station to get around I would highly recommend it Everything was perfect for a very nice lemon festival

My absolute future dream house! Adrien was absolutely nice and welcoming, perfect and clear instructions to ensure me and my friend check in fluently. The house is even better than the picture, especially the dc player and a whole collection of phonos, undoubtedly amazing, bringing the vibe of home.

Have just enjoyed an extended six week stay in this beautifully furnished, well equipped, very comfortable apartment in a quiet street, very near to the port. Valerie and David are very welcoming and helpful hosts, and the location in the Port area is excellent, with very easy access to regional trains, buses and the tram line. There is a range of good cafes and restaurants in the area, with a very good supermarket and boulangerie nearby. Highly recommended.

Had a great and easy stay at Andreea's place. From the start, Andreea was very responsive and sent over very clear instructions for checkin, which was was really appreciated! The place itself is exactly how the pictures look. It was very clean and had everything I needed. Andreea even left out some welcome snacks which was really sweet. I would definitely recommend this apartment, and I would stay here again.

Pleasant stay. Evelyne is welcoming and available. Clean space that matches the description/photos. Easy to park. Close to shops, however a vehicle is necessary to move around. Very beautiful region, we were able to discover Nice, Cagnes-sur-Mer, and Monaco (By train). We'll be there again.
