Great eclectic farm stay in the woods! Very private. We loved the fire pit and the bed was super comfy! We could star gaze laying in bed! Had a wonderful and memorable weekend getaway!

This little spot was a perfect stay! With all the amenities and some more! It wasn’t in a huge bloom but the spot was still beautiful! We didn’t spend much time in the cabin but it was a cozy little retreat when we finished a day of adventuring!

Second time staying at this house. It is a beautiful house, very clean, kitchen with all appliances, very quiet, view from the balcony is fabulous.

Our second time staying in the cabins and it was just as great as last time! They are clean and perfect for a long weekend. Just 15-20 mins outside of downtown Asheville. Weaverville is also a small cute little town.

Our stay at the Barn Quilt Farmhouse was wonderful! The house was so comfortable and welcoming! It was decorated beautifully, and it had everything you could possibly need. Our mornings were filled watching the birds and lambs play while we drank our coffee. The sunsets over the mountain range were a gift from God. We loved our stay and will definitely be going back!

Hospitality was superb! Felt so welcomed. The hot tub was perfect. Ruth and Robert have added so many little touches like a nice bottle of wine to enjoy while in the hot tub. Morning coffee was especially nice on the porch. The screened porch was amazing too. While on the golf cart out on the property we saw deer and so many birds. The stream is so relaxing. We heard an owl one evening and counted 12 cardinals in the bush next to the hot tub. Biggest bluegill and bass down at the pond and boy do they love to be fed.

First of all, let me start with saying that Margaret is an absolutely FANTASTIC host. I messed up my departure date and didn’t realize it until the day of, after check out time (first time that has ever happened to me, horrible!😭) and she was SO HELPFUL, so understanding and just the absolute best!!❤️❤️❤️ Margaret’s place is very cute and neat. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need (the big Christmas mugs were my favorite!). I loved all the fluffy blankets and the electric fireplace was a nice touch too, since it was really cold this week. The view over the mountains and pastures is really pretty too and the house is very centrally located, close to Franklin but in a quiet area.

This place was simple and amazing! Such a gorgeous view - we wanted to sit outside in the rocking chairs all days. Perfect place for a small reunion with children. We would definitely rent again - hosts were super responsive.

We loved the animals!!! So friendly and cute, they would come to the fence to greet us! The house was so cute and clean, and the scenery is just beautiful. We would love to come back. Thank you Lacy for greeting us and making us feel comfortable!

The perfect mountainside getaway! Watching the sunrise over the mountains on the porch while the cows ate their breakfast was so cozy/peaceful. Not far from town and easy to come and go from!

Michelle’s Barn Bungalow is truly delightful! We traveled to the area with our 9yo and 5yo to visit Congaree NP, explore Columbia, and relax for a few days. We felt at home instantly. The kids enjoyed roaming in the wide open yard, making s’mores on the back porch, and sleeping in the loft together. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the mattresses were very comfy. Loved how convenient it is for everywhere we wanted to visit and explore. We highly recommend this spot and hope to find a way to return one day.

This beautiful and cozy home had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Our kids absolutely loved the outdoor space and the inside was clean with all the amenities we needed. Doris and Shanna really thought of everything and left little touches that meant a lot- s’mores ingredients and sparklers for the kids, comfortable bedding with extra blankets, family games etc. It’s been our favorite place we’ve stayed at thus far. We felt secluded but it was only a quick drive for food and outdoor adventures. If you want a mountain retreat to refresh your soul, look no further!

If you’re searching for a peaceful and relaxing retreat, this is the perfect spot. The farmhouse is warm and inviting, with plenty of natural light streaming in. It seems to have been recently renovated, while still preserving some of its charming original features. We didn’t venture out for sightseeing because the surrounding mountain views were already breathtaking. Conveniently, there are Ingles and Food Lion grocery stores, as well as gas stations, just 8–10 minutes away. I’d highly recommend this home to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and unwind in tranquility.

The whole family enjoyed their time at the farm. The kitchen table was big enough for all of us and we enjoyed watching basketball on the big TV. I really appreciate the excellent work renovating this old home and the small touches like mostly zero clearance thresholds and the minimal amount of furniture. Overall a lovely place! Thank you!

What a perfect way to start our vacation. The accommodations are gorgeous; stylish and functional. This little slice of hevan is the perfect place to relax and recenter. We were looking for a place to rest before the next leg of our trip, but were presently surprised by how convenient it was to visit the unique little town of Helen. We met our hostess, Amy. She is a gem. Truly a pleasure to stay here. We are. already planning our next trip and hoping to spend more time in this beautiful spot.

Loved the location. First time in the area. Didn't want to stay in downtown Asheville. Everything was clean and as pictured. Barry & Sherry gave us a list of recommendations of places to go and things to do. They were responsive to questions. Had a great time.

Amazing stay despite the tropical storm, the hosts are so welcoming and always checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. We would absolutely love to be back once everything is open again!

Beautiful home and property 20 min from downtown Asheville. We had a great time feeding the animals and the property has great views of mountains in the background. It is close to Asheville if you want to visit the city and it is close to the mountains for good hiking and views. Would stay here again for sure.

My husband and I stayed at the BlackBerry cottage for a long weekend get away. We were so pleased with every aspect of the cottage. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay peaceful, comfortable and enjoyable. The cottage was clean and it was just perfect for us! When you walk in you just get a cozy and welcome feeling. Also, I can’t say enough about the excellent communication skills from Caleb. He is a wonderful host and we had a request that we couldn’t address in the reservation but when Caleb sent us a message about our reservations I mentioned our request and not only did he accommodate us, he went above what we requested! The property surrounding the cottage is also so beautiful. Oh and there are goats! So, of course I enjoyed visiting with the goats in the mornings as well! I also want to mention the bang for your buck, the blackberry cottage was an excellent value for our money. We look forward to staying again! May God Bless Caleb & Rachel

We really enjoyed our visit; the weather was perfect, and the house was a perfect location for our family trip.

The cottage at Cavendar Creek was a perfect spot for our family get together. The living room was so cozy & ideal for games. The kitchen had everything that I needed & was just enough space. The bedrooms were lovely & comfortable. I would absolutely stay in the cottage again.
