Enjoyed my stay at Kenneth’s house. Location was great, we are familiar with the area and felt safe and right at home. Kenneth was super responsive. I’d recommend a friend, family, or stranger to stay here. Next time I’m in Champaign, I’d stay here again.

Pristine place on the inside, loved being able to park our vehicle in the garage. Overall experience: quiet, relaxing, smelled wonderful on the inside, stocked kitchen, top brand appliances, Starbucks coffee, throw blankets, bedding and appliances are new & all quality brands. Would definitely book again!

My family and I had an amazing, comfortable and absolutely welcoming stay in this home. Not only was everything absolutely beautiful, to say the house was squeaky clean is an understatement. I have kids ranging from toddler age, grade school, teenager and young adult and all 5 of them felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be staying again in the future and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Might I add, having snacks upon arrival, and complimentary coffee was amazing. We are all looking forward to our next stay!!

Extra Large Home w/ Chefs Kitchen Near UofI

We were in the area for our daughter's basketball tournament and this house was perfect for our stay! Everything is exactly as described and very comfortable! Our dog loved the yard and was equally as content and loved our morning walks around the charming neighborhood. We stay in a lot of rentals and this was one of the best in terms of supplies and items to meet all needs. We will be back!

I booked the Depot for my daughters and a couple of friends (all in their 20s), who stayed over the weekend. They were extremely pleased with their stay and would gladly spend more time there. Although they are not history buffs, they loved all the Depot's unique history and historical touches. It was the perfect place for them to stay and hang out for a girls weekend!

Everything about the listing was accurate and well represented. Place was clean and matched the listing photos. Don't let the fact it's over a business or two deter you. Everything is quiet and feels safe (the town is safe in general). It's about 3 minutes to the interstate for fast access to Champaign-Urbana. There are several restaurants within 60 seconds to 8 minute walks away. Only issue you may have is the entrance to the second floor requires about 20 skinny stairs. So if someone in your group has some issues with stairs it's something to consider.

Lovely stay ! It was perfect for what we needed a little brske that made us feel right at home ! The backyard was such a bonus with all the toys and stuff Stephanie has for the kids to do ! TVs in every room is awesome to so the kids can settle down watch a movie and eat popcorn and snacks ! Also the house was so clean and beautiful! Definitely would recommend to other guests 10/10 will visit again !

What an amazing place! April’s property is beautiful, right at the edge of a lake. The location is secluded and serene—perfect if you are looking for a break from it all. The home had everything we wanted, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We are so glad to have found this gem, and hope to stay again!

Clean easy to find, I drive an extra tall Van, I was able to maneuver my big vehicle and get turned around. The drive is circle for regular height vehicles. With a big beautiful tree. I would recommend this place to anyone.
