Ryan's place was just perfect! My wife and son stayed there for 2 weeks and it was just the place that they needed. So clean, safe and convenient. Also, Ryan was an incredible host. He was a super clear communicator who made the check in process so easy. But the most amazing thing was that when I had an urgent package of some medications arriving that I had sent for my wife, Ryan jumped in the car and drove over ASAP to ensure that we were able to safely get the package, and he delivered it to the door!! He was awesome, would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thanks Ryan!!

Two of us in town for a memorial service and gathering of friends. The place was great-perfect size-two bedrooms worked for us perfectly-cute place. Minor point is a bathroom typical of these little homes, with a toilet literally right next to the tub/shower with only an inch or two to spare on the sides-made for some interesting "negotiating!" But as I said, this is minor. Shower great! Located in a great neighborhood, peaceful, safe to walk, close to a mall and restaurants etc. Be aware there is a basement tenant- took us by surprise but that was because we didn't read the description fully! They were super quiet and we barely knew anyone else was there. Their apartment is separate from the unit. Definitely recommend the place and Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great front porch for sitting and watching the world, lots of windows, good linens and towels, extra blankets, easy on street parking., Keurig, so very quiet-we would rent again in a heartbeat....

Great place to stay while in DesMoines. Carl is a 5⭐️host and was extremely responsive. House is a super cool space- very welcoming and comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Private patio is fantastic… there is also a very large shared yard and gazebo. Neighborhood felt very safe- walked during the day and evening. About 6-10minute drive to downtown. Tons of on street parking. Would highly recommend choosing this property

Great spot for a weekend stay! The location was convenient and we were within a short walk of food and entertainment downtown. The unit itself was spacious and clean. We will stay here again!

Great location. Perfect for a couples weekend near downtown, restaurants and bars. Super cute and clean place and loved the vibrant fun color and decor throughout.

The place was perfect, with a large King bed, great kitchen, and clean bathroom. Brandon provided all the extra things needed for showering and morning routines, such as coffee. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. There was even a washer and dryer with the needed soap if you wanted, though I didn't use it. Access was easy and safe with parking in the garage and skywalk access to everything. There is also a great little food court right across the street with easy skywalk access. I would highly recommend this place for up to 3 people if needed. Brandon was great to work with. Thanks for the stay and I would stay there again.

This was our third stay. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable.

Our stay at Anthony’s place was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The house had everything we needed for cooking . The fenced in back yard was nice for the dogs. We would definitely return. Anthony was a great communicator.

We have stayed at this location several times while visiting our son who attends Simpson College. It works great for our family and will definitely stay here again.

Newly constructed home in Perry with large sitting area for a whole family and very nice bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was particularly comfortable. Nice big kitchen area and well stocked and very good amenities. Loved that they had a Christmas tree as it gave it a warm feeling. Very convenient to everything in Perry. Highly recommend this house to other families.

House was in a dingy neighborhood, back yard was riddled with screws and screwdrivers sticking out. Next door had a whole boarded up Chicken House attached. Saw ants and small bugs crawling throughout the house. No Pan for cooking food in the oven. Lack of bedding throughout the house as well.

Very close to downtown/East Village. Good price, great wifi, accommodating host that communicated with us very well. Everything was clean, with plenty of AWESOME pillows! Loved the outdoor space in the back

We were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted extra room to be able to relax. We were able to have some home cooked meals, the kids were able to burn off steam, and everyone got a good nights sleep! Hosts were prompt and friendly with a water heater issue and were flexible with our checkout time when we got tournament details late in the evening. Would recommend and stay again!

Stayed a week for the State Fair. Very clean, well stocked and mostly new/renovated. Beds were comfy. One was considerably low to the floor, about 8”, a little tuff getting up & down. The driveway and street is narrow. Neighbors parked on street made backing out difficult with large truck. Disappointed with the screened in back patio. It was uncharacteristically dirty with leaves and debris. Washer & dryer in basement, well lit and very clean. WiFi worked great. Plenty of hot water. We would stay again.
