This beautiful apartment is located at just 50 meters from the beach. The property stands out by a spacious and bright dining room with air conditioning and heating system. It has a sofa bed and a work table with direct access to the outside terrace, furnished and covered. The bedroom has a double bed (possible to separate into two single beds), a large wardrobe and a large window with access to the terrace. It has a complete bathroom with shower.
