We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

Thank you for your stay. We enjoyed it immensely and it was a beautiful apartment with great views. It was very nice that there was a garage, where the car could be safely parked and where only residents of the complex could get into. The sofa was lovely and the apartment was equipped with all the comforts.

Pepe Y Vero are a lovely couple, they are hospitable and really attentive to the needs of their guests. Their Grandpa’s Beach House is a lovely place suitable for a family with children. Thanks for having us, hope to see you in the future!

I stayed in this apartment in Alicante for three months, and it had everything I needed. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and has plenty of room for guests, with extra sleeping space for up to three people. There’s a washing machine, stove, and even two air conditioning units, which would be great during the hotter months. The location is excellent—right on the promenade and just a few minutes from the beach. The street can be a bit busy during the day, but it’s usually quiet in the evenings. Overall, a great place to stay with nothing to complain about.

The place was beautiful. Smack bang in the middle of everything. Danny was very friendly and checked in to make sure I was okay. Definitely would recommend.

everything perfect. apartment in a quiet area with everything you need to spend a few days. the beach just crossing the street. the pool saves you when there is red flag if you have children. and the garage is also a great addition.

An ideal apartment to go with the family and children. The house is complete and comfortable. The urbanization with two pool areas and playground. Opposite the development was the beach. We loved it, we want to come back.

We really enjoyed staying in Gran Alacant in Rafal and Karina’s flat. The apartment was exactly as listed and all of the fixtures and fittings were in great working order. We especially loved the balcony, the play park and the underground parking garage. The hosts were super quick to reply to any queries we had and check in/out was easy. We had access to two pools and the communal gym in the complex - although the pools aren’t heated! It is such a quiet and peaceful place to stay. One thing to be aware of is that you will need to have a car to get around as the public transport links aren’t brilliant but there is so much available within a short drive. There are some great restaurants within a 15 minute walk, however! My only gripe was that there are only two plug sockets in the kitchen!

Very modern, clean and cosy apartment. Steve was very nice and asked daily if we had a good time and if there was anything we needed. Very good bed, we slept very well. The fan in the bedroom is perfect for cooling down the room. Kitchen: Very clean, has everything you need for making dinner etc. And when we understood that the kitchen fan had to be turned on with the wall switch, everything was perfect. Very clean bathroom, good shower and thick towels. Nice patio, but we were never home before it got dark, so we haven’t really used it There are two supermarkets in walking distance (5 minutes). Extra plus was the indoor parking area. We certainly would like to come back!

Flat was very nice and clean.

We had a great stay for 9 days in the apartment. It had everything we needed. The nicest sea view that we enjoyed the wheat day. It was quiet only with the sound of the ocean roaring. It is close to Tram and has a mini market just downstairs. El Campello is really a nice area. I very much hope that we have the opportunity to come back sometime. We had our little dog with us, which was just perfect with many places to ventilate and a small palm garden right downstairs.

This is an amazing apartment right in the centre of Alicante. Extremely central and close to everything you would want, with amazing views over the marina, but still quiet in the evenings which is important. The building has so much character and such a lovely place to stay. The apartment is very well decorated with quality furniture and fixtures throughout. And so spacious - we felt completely at home and didn't want to leave. Olivier was very helpful with checking in and was everything we want from a host. If I could have given it more stars I would have! And if we come back to Alicante this apartment will be top of our list of places to stay. If you're considering this apartment then I can definitely recommend it.

+ Spacious place, as in the photos + Great pool area + Jeroen and Manon were flexible when we arrived, we could leave our baggages until the appartement was ready - Not enough toilet paper (we’ve bought some, did not contact Jeroen and Manon) - The beach nearby can be smelly, sometime you have to go a bit further

We enjoyed very much the nice apartment. Spacious enough for two. Very fully furnished. Beautiful area, within walking distance to various restaurants and shop of Gran Alacant. Car is necessary to discover the area. Beautiful old towns such as Alicante and Murcia at 30-60 min by car. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening Only downside, the terrace is on the northwest so there is no sun on the terrace all day. The accommodation was lovely !

Me and my wife spent 3 nights here in February with our two kids, we were lucky that the sun shined every day, we were able to swim in the rooftop pool every day we even swam in the sea which wasn't even a 5 minute walk. The apartment is the perfect size for a family, easy to find from the airport (15mins away). the balcony is from all bedrooms and the lounge, beautiful sea views from every angle, clean & tidy, comfy beds and very well equipped. we used the onsite gym, tennis courts and paddle court. We had lunch and beers on the rooftop while using the pool every day (which is heated). the local restaurants are a 10 mins walk along the beach, great local food and reasonably priced again all with sea views. We used Airbnb lots and we would definitely stay here again. Wilfried was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and answered and questions super quickly. Good luck everyone. Enjoy!

Just back from a great winter trip staying at Rafal’s apartment. The views are incredible, especially from the hot tub on the terrace! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was beautifully furnished. Jazmin, who checked us in, was lovely and the communication was great. Perfect little holiday and would definitely stay again 🙂

Friendly and tidy host who welcomed us well. Responds quickly to messages and is always nice to do. Neat and tidy apartment that was simply equipped with the essentials.

Jorlen is adorable, hyper-reactive very attentive to everything, 10/10, the apartment is incredible ultra clean , pleasant, more than perfect, thank you Jorlen for your professionalism. I recommend it at 100%, if I return to Alicante I would not hesitate to try again!!

I highly recommend the apartment. It has literally everything we can want. Two bathrooms. Two bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Great location. Great parking with plenty of space for a car. Close to beautiful beaches. Close to Alicante, Santa Pola, Elche. Brilliant! The host is extremely responsive, helpful, friendly - chicken, I really recommend it with all my heart! :) For me, the place is mandatory when I'm around Alicante. I recommend, I recommend, I recommend :)

We had a good time at Rudy's place. Location is very convenient, right next to shops, bars and public transport. The place is comfortable, well laid out and well furnished. The host is very responsive and always available for any questions or requests. Recommended.
