We would like to share our cottage with you, because it is a wonderful place to stay & celebrate together in nature. The house has 4 apartments, each with shower room and 2 rooms. A large salon with long table, sofas by the fireplace and cinema screen. A large kitchen and optional gastronomic kitchen. In the basement there is a club, bar, foosball and table tennis. Outdoor swimming pool, sauna, bath tub, tables for 100 people and trampoline. And much more... some of this with extra costs see pictures.

The southern exposure guarantees you a sunny vacation. Have breakfast e.g. on the large, sunny south / west terrace of the holiday home or use the garden furniture in front of the house and drink your glass of wine there in the evening. Once you've stayed at Ferienhaus Carl and you wish your vacation never ended.

My place is ideal for families and friends who want to break away from a hectic life. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.
