Die Wohnung ist auf dem Land und doch nahe der Stadt Zürich. Der Bahnhof Erlenbach, mit super Verbindung nach Zürich und zum Flughafen, ist in ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen mit Teilsicht auf den See und einen Weinberg. Du wirst die Wohnung mögen, weil sie hell, gemütlich ist und mitten in schönster Umgebung liegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, See und Restaurants sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Das Gästebett ist ein bequemes Airbed (Luftbett) mit Futon für 2 Personen.

The penthouse is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a terrace and panoramic lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The penthouse is 20 mins from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant is in the same building as the apartment. Grocery stores 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

This cosy apartment in Erlenbach will make you feel right at home! The location is fantastic, with everything you need easily accessible- 5 minutes by foot to the train station "Winkel am Zürichsee," and from there it's 15 mins to downtown Zürich. You can also stroll down to the water in five minutes and enjoy the charming Strandbad. From the patio, you can enjoy the colorful sunsets at night. The flat is newly renovated, with a gourmet kitchen, new wood floors, and modern bathrooms.

20 minutes from the city center (by train) located next to the lake with use of the Sauna. free night Parking along the main road 2 minute walk to the trainstation with your own entrance to the studio. the sauna is next to your entrance and free to use, there is a Bar open till 2 am 5 min. away. and a steakhouse above it a pizzeria is next door. 2 bakery's in the village. there is a nice footpath thru the forrest along a small river where there is a grill place

Old basic little house: Maur au Lac (2-5 persons)

Very basic, old and used, small house. No comfort. No TV. No jacuzzi. No ... No smoking.
