cozy apartment in the nature, close to Zurich

Die Wohnung ist auf dem Land und doch nahe der Stadt Zürich. Der Bahnhof Erlenbach, mit super Verbindung nach Zürich und zum Flughafen, ist in ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen mit Teilsicht auf den See und einen Weinberg. Du wirst die Wohnung mögen, weil sie hell, gemütlich ist und mitten in schönster Umgebung liegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, See und Restaurants sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Das Gästebett ist ein bequemes Airbed (Luftbett) mit Futon für 2 Personen.

Garden apt - short trainride to Zürich, near lake

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use. Also possible for a woman to share with me (listed as blocked, please enquire if you want to share)

Lake view - 3.5 rooms, close to Zurich center

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant is in the same building as the apartment. Grocery stores 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Studio with Sauna by the Lake

20 minutes from the city center (by train) located next to the lake with use of the Sauna. free night Parking along the main road 2 minute walk to the trainstation with your own entrance to the studio. the sauna is next to your entrance and free to use, there is a Bar open till 2 am 5 min. away. and a steakhouse above it a pizzeria is next door. 2 bakery's in the village. there is a nice footpath thru the forrest along a small river where there is a grill place

Enjoy being in the rural village of Maur on a quiet residential street within walking distance of the Greifensee Lake and local amenities. This apartment is ideal for short stays when visiting local friends and family. The space accommodates a couple perfectly, and the couch can be opened up to provide an additional two spaces but this does limit the available communal space in the room. Additional requirements can be met on request with the owners being on site.

Our street is very quiet with no traffic or trains anywhere close. The lakeside with numerous places to swim or have a drink and Kusnacht town with a number of good restaurants and shops is an 8min walk or 3min busride from our house

Old basic little house: Maur au Lac (2-5 persons)

Very basic, old and used, small house. No comfort. No TV. No jacuzzi. No ... No smoking.
