cozy apartment in the nature, close to Zurich

Die Wohnung ist auf dem Land und doch nahe der Stadt Zürich. Der Bahnhof Erlenbach, mit super Verbindung nach Zürich und zum Flughafen, ist in ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen mit Teilsicht auf den See und einen Weinberg. Du wirst die Wohnung mögen, weil sie hell, gemütlich ist und mitten in schönster Umgebung liegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, See und Restaurants sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Das Gästebett ist ein bequemes Airbed (Luftbett) mit Futon für 2 Personen.

Garden apt - short trainride to Zürich, near lake

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use. Also possible for a woman to share with me (listed as blocked, please enquire if you want to share)

Lake view - 3.5 rooms, close to Zurich center

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant is in the same building as the apartment. Grocery stores 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Quiet room adjacent to natural reserve

The big and cosy room (double bed 140x200cm) with adjacent private bathroom is in our townhouse in Fällanden. While we still live in the house, you will have your privacy as you wish. Breakfast can be provided every morning, tea and coffee are available all day long. No cooking, please - small meals ok. Fällanden is a quiet village and is situated on the country side bordering lake Greifensee. Excellent public transportation network brings you to Zurich main station within less than ½ hour.

Dream apartment, newly renovated. Close to the lake & train.

This cosy apartment in Erlenbach will make you feel right at home! The location is fantastic, with everything you need easily accessible- 5 minutes by foot to the train station "Winkel am Zürichsee," and from there it's 15 mins to downtown Zürich. You can also stroll down to the water in five minutes and enjoy the charming Strandbad. From the patio, you can enjoy the colorful sunsets at night. The flat is newly renovated, with a gourmet kitchen, new wood floors, and modern bathrooms.

20 minutes from the city center (by train) located next to the lake with use of the Sauna. free night Parking along the main road 2 minute walk to the trainstation with your own entrance to the studio. the sauna is next to your entrance and free to use, there is a Bar open till 2 am 5 min. away. and a steakhouse above it a pizzeria is next door. 2 bakery's in the village. there is a nice footpath thru the forrest along a small river where there is a grill place

Enjoy being in the rural village of Maur on a quiet residential street within walking distance of the Greifensee Lake and local amenities. This apartment is ideal for short stays when visiting local friends and family. The space accommodates a couple perfectly, and the couch can be opened up to provide an additional two spaces but this does limit the available communal space in the room. Additional requirements can be met on request with the owners being on site.

Very quiet and sunny large 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom garden level condo apartment with large terrace and private garden in the exclusive Küsnacht neighbourhood, ca 8min drive or bus/train to central Zürich. Our street is very quiet with no traffic or trains anywhere close. The lakeside with numerous places to swim or have a drink and Kusnacht town with a number of good restaurants and shops is an 8min walk or 3min busride from our house

ROOM 1: Room with double bed (for 1-2 pers.) with magnificent lake view in a quiet location, close to the train station, lake, green areas and shopping. Price: CHF 80.- / night (CHF 120.- for 2 people) (The other room can be rented as a living room.) We are 1/4h from the center of ZH!! ! At the moment I don't serve breakfast but you can have dishes from me at any time to eat groomed (5th min from here).
