It is located in a villa area on a summer retreat located at an altitude of 900 meters. It is limited to one group per day, so you can spend it without hesitation even if your child comes. Enjoy the view from the cottage overlooking the Kuju Mountains, the sound of various birds, and the light of the stars and the moon shining in the night sky. You can feel free to experience the villa life. This Villa does not provide meals or ingredients. Reservations are preferable as there are few places to eat out in the neighborhood at night. The kitchen is equipped with cooking appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. There are also several hot springs 10 minutes away by car. * BBQ in the garden from mid-April to early October.The cold is strictly not recommended at other times.Also, yakiniku in the room is not possible in rainy weather.The furnace in the garden is free to use.A set of BBQ supplies 1-3 people ￥2,000, 4 to 6 people ￥2,500. * Snow may occur from late December to early March (in rare cases in early April). Normal tires are very dangerous.Please be aware of the weather forecast and make appropriate decisions at your own risk, such as equipping your car and reviewing your stay. * Winter will be closed from January 14 to the end of February.

Located in a quiet residential area about 10 minutes by taxi from Beppu Station, our inn is not an old private house but a house built 20 years ago.The view of Beppu Bay and Mt. Takasaki is good, especially in summer.There are also supermarkets and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, as well as a 15-minute walk to Shinsenoi Hotel, one of the largest hot springs resort facility in West Japan.In addition, it is recommended for those who want to explore Beppu by themselves, such as the nearest bus stop and Reisenji Temple, which is a 5-minute walk away.How about a luxurious house with a tasteful local living experience?

のどかな場所で、ご家族やご友人と一緒におくつろぎください。日中観光されたあとの夜の時間は、静かでコンパクトな家で、ご家族・ご友人さま同士だけの時間をお過ごしください。歩いて数分下った所に温泉や食事、アミューズメントを楽しめる施設もあります。寝室は１階（2人）と２階（3人）に分かれています。トイレ、シャワー室、洗面台はそれぞれ分かれております。簡易的な小さな洗濯機(2層式)を備えていますが、近くにコインランドリーがあります。夜はご家族・ご友人さまとゆっくり過ごされる方向けの宿泊施設です。近くに民家がございますので、地元の方の生活を尊重して別府滞在を楽しまれる方への貸し出しとさせていただいております。夜遅く（おおよそ２１時以降）〜早朝 (7時頃まで) に大声で楽しんだり、大音量の音楽を流したり、庭に出て賑やかに飲食をすること等をご遠慮いただきたく存じます。レンタカー・自家用車、またはタクシーで来られる方におすすめな場所です。バスは不可能ではないですが、荷物が沢山あると歩くのが大変ですし、夜は道が暗く、本数も少ないです。バスを使う予定の方は、必ず予約時にお知らせください。
