Cottage holiday rentals in Utrecht

What an amazing place to stay it with kids, there was so much space around the lodge which all felt really safe to let them explore different activities. There was a quite a few groups there but it was never noisy or overcrowded. The lodges were really cool and different to what we stayed in previously, it did go a little cold one of the nights we were there but they were still comfortable and nice (you can rent heaters if needed). We would 100% come back in the future if we travel that way again. We went for a trip to Amsterdam which was easy to get to and Sprookjeswonderland which I would recommend too with children under 6/7

Very nice stay in a quiet area. The kitchen was well equipped and for an agreed additional payment we could use the hot tub next to the cottage. Communication with the host was good and his instructions were extensive and clear.

We had a lovely stay. The house was stylishly furnished and we lacked nothing. We felt incredibly comfortable and we had a great weekend. Unfortunately, only the wood was not available on site. We would always choose it.

We greatly enjoyed staying in this nice cottage. It was very child friendly with the slide in the enclosed garden, the stair gates, high chair and children's bedroom. Very thoughtful was that upon arrival there was a bottle of bubbly and children's champagne in the fridge because of New Year's Eve, super sweet! The kitchen was very fully equipped and there was even a milk frother to be able to make a cappuccino with. I can definitely recommend staying in this cottage!

Great location in the heart of Betuwe, we had a really nice stay. Especially the large extra indoor and outdoor common areas really contribute to a great holiday feeling. Thank you Judy & family, we would like to come back sometime.

We had a wonderful stay in Esther and Marc's little cottage and immediately felt at home. The fantastic location in the middle of nature and the quiet surroundings made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation to the fullest. Staying with Esther and Marc is definitely worth a recommendation! Thank you very much for the good time

A very nice location in the Veluwe. Beautiful large garden around the house where the dog and children could romp around wonderfully. Cottages are small but nice, everything is present and we found the beds very nice. Kitchen fully equipped and baking room is functional and clean. The use of the facilities of the hotel which is a 1-minute walk away is very nice. Swimming pool for the warmth, grand cafe for drinks and the forest as a backyard. Had a wonderful time with a 3 month old baby and 2 year old daughter. Park is quiet and quiet, supermarket 5 min by car. Bernhard is prompt in communication, friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for everything and who knows until next time! We definitely recommend this place!!!

Friendly host, beautiful and cozy cottage, facilities are fine, the surroundings and the location are top. I would definitely come back here again!

Angelique is a super host, very responsive and on hand if you need anything answered or help with directions etc. I have not encountered a better air bnb host :-) The water cottage is peaceful and restful and has everything you need. For Amsterdam you must be either prepared to drive or happy to walk just over 1.3 miles into the town. Its a 45 min bus into Amsterdam which is pretty regular or you can drive 15 mins to a train station and make your way in from there. We had no problem with this at all but some might be put off. However the location and quiet peace by the water was super and worth it!

The cottage was nicely clean and there was everything you could ever need and more. I really loved that mosquito nets were everywhere. Also, the garden is really large and completely fenced in. Perfect if you have dogs with you. Next door was a pasture we could have used for ourselves as well, but the couple who usually graze his ponies there asked us if we would agree to continue using the area. We also loved having horses right by the house and the garden was easy for the dogs. To the surroundings: You could walk there well, but basically you already need a car or a bike to get there to the next town. Since there are bikes on site, that's also no problem. Apeldoorn is just a stone's throw away. There is a really great dog run in Ugchelen. This is fully fenced if you have small hunters or dogs who like to leave. For everyone else, there is also a wet-nose path, which is wonderful to use with the dogs. There you can spend a few hours. I wish something like this for Hamburg. If you want to take a shopping trip, you can too. Apeldoorn has a lot to offer, but Arnhem even more. I would go on vacation with Marina and Roen again. It was really nice!

A cozy cottage in a great location where you lack nothing, with friendly landlords, what more could you want. We highly recommend the place and would come back again.

A very warm welcome in the super cozy chalet in a beautiful area! Cozy and cozy furnished and equipped with every comfort and a well-equipped kitchen. Info was top and host responded super quickly and is very likeable and hospitable. Lovely bathroom and fenced garden. Lovely bed and lovely sofa to chill . I enjoyed this cottage and will definitely be back!

A beautiful, well-equipped fairytale cottage in the quiet area in the middle of the private forest. The wood stove in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere in the house, but in the bedroom it was only 13 degrees :-) quite chilly for us. No other comments :-) We recommend Rachel's cottage.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cottage. The interior looked exactly like the pictures and everything was really clean and comfortable. We stayed there during Christmas and the hosts had even decorated the room and left some biscuits/cookies, which we were very excited about. All in all we had an amazing time there!

I had a nice time at Anja and Hans's cottage. It didn't feel "tiny" at all and everything was definitely to your liking. You will definitely relax in this location and the deer complete it. Anja and Hans were super nice and made sure everything was clear from start to finish. I'd definitely be back again!

A great cottage! Ben was very friendly, always available and helpful. The apartment was very clean and is well equipped, from the economy peeler to the smart TV to the high chair, everything was available! The great garden is also wonderful, where you can really enjoy the view from the living room (and kitchen and bedroom) and which we could use on our own! We did not move the car all week and were on different beaches and by train in Amsterdam (25 min drive, 4x per hour!). The shopping facilities are also easily accessible in a few minutes by bike. Thank you for this great time at this lovely place!

Nice, complete house. Nice outside space. if weather is nice really enjoyable to sit outside. A quiet 'park' on which the chalet is situated. Kids can play outside, the access road to the chalet can only be reached by foot. Kitchen well equipped. Sufficient bedlinen, towels etc. Good dishwasher and washing machine. Marion responds quickly and accommodates where she can. All in all a nice place and a good starting point to see rural North Holland with close proximity to Alkmaar and Amsterdam. And to sea/beach/dunes/forest!

We had a great stay at the cottage. Jolanda and her husband were extremely helpful. From adjusting the time of our stay, allowing us to drop our bags earlier, to recommending hiking routes and renting us a canoe to explore the surroundings. Highly recommend!
