Apartment 3k in the historical center

This apartment is very spacious, right in the center of the city. Supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, museum, castle, river embankment and more just a short walk away. The apartment is very clean and very soundproof, equipped with everything you may need, very comfortable beds, has fast wifi, lots of TV channels, and you can watch Amazon Prime. Lidia and Victor explained how everything works (stove, washing machine, etc.), communication was great.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, spacious and very clean. You do have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs but it was not a problem for us at all. Stairs were wide and it’s only 1 flight of stairs. The washer and dryer were very nice to have and easy to use. The bed was comfortable. It was raining and chilly when we were there so we didn’t get to use the balcony but it was spacious as well. The hosts Alina and Luba were very friendly.

Everything is just great! The apartment is stylish, modern and very cozy. Thoughtful layout, comfortable bed, cleanliness at the highest level. I especially liked the “smart home” system – you can adjust everything for yourself, from lighting to temperature. The location is excellent – a quiet neighborhood, but there is everything you need nearby: cafes, shops, transport. Hosts are very welcoming, always in touch and ready to help. If you are looking for a comfortable place to live – this is the perfect choice. Willdefinitely be back again!

very peaceful and quiet area, great privacy. the sauna, pool, and hot tub are great, and the outdoor dining area with grill makes for a great place to host. the hosts are very communicative and responsive, and we had no problems. we stayed for several weeks and never had a power outage.

Great and clean house: big rooms, well equipped kitchen, walkable distance to a bus stop/supermarkets/cafes/kids playrooms. Perfect place to stay with kids (stroller and crib available). Very quite neighborhood. Friendly, hospitable, always reachable host. Definitely recommend this place!

The apartment was clean and cozy, felt like home. Stayed for a week and had no problems whatsoever, it was warm, sunny and nice! Tetiana is a great host, very responsive, had super easy check in and warm welcome. Would definitely recommend this place!

Stay had been very pleasant. The host was very reachable 24/7 and I was never afraid or something because, some people might think it’s dangerous to go there now. Actually felt more save there than in Germany. Very nice area. Especially if you maybe go with kids, because the Bozdosh park is very close by. Can only recommend!

The apartment is comfortable, with high-quality renovation in a new building. Pluses include independent heating, underfloor heating, full kitchen, normal internet, washing machine, slimming, air conditioning The disadvantages are that the windows overlook a street with dense traffic, so it's quite noisy. Who is used to sleeping with an open window will not be comfortable. Overall, I recommend it!
