Very comfortable cabin in an amazing location . Couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful or beautiful spot. Cabin is warm, clean and cozy. Kaja’s directions were excellent. We had no problem finding it or with driving mountain road. Was a lovely stay all around!

We really enjoyed staying in Anna’s house - it’s very beautiful and spacious, with high drillings and real wooden floors. It would make a perfect writer’s retreat (I’m was looking for one for a while). The house was very clean and smelled like warm wood - very appealing. The views from the windows were fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked. The front Ning room was big and bright. It was a perfect place to stay on Suðuroy - I highly recommend it. I will remember staying at this house with fondness.

Fródi’s house is the perfect place to stay. Warm, comfortable, homely feel. Fantastic view. Lovely garden. Everything you could possibly need and more, with lots of tips for hiking in the area. I lived staying here and would love to come back to continue discovering the island

Jóngerð's place is a miraculous house at the edge of the world. We immediately felt ourselves at home and never could get enough of the amazing view of the ocean. It is a really peaceful, wonderful place if you want to be away from the crowd for a while, still it has every comfort you might need. We loved the island and hope to get back there some time.

Great house in quite place, we were so happy to stay here, everything was at perfect condition. The house itself was very pretty inside, there is everything you need for living. Communication with the owner was great and she recommended us a interesting spots to visit. We recommend Kate as trustworthy host.

The accommodation is great - well equipped, spacious, comfy bed. The location is beautiful as you have a direct sea view. Nothing more beautiful than a sunset there and/or at the lighthouse close to your flat. Emma welcomed us personally which we appreciated and we had a friendly talk. Thank you so much. Would recommend and stay again.

Very responsive to messages. Helped set up new TV as old didn't work anymore. Arni picked me up by car and was also able to offer me to borrow it for an amount per day. Very flexible host who lives right next door. Cozy and homey home that I spent 2 weeks in. Close to the helicopter square. 25 min from "downtown", so not the take-away nearby unless you have a car.

Really nice place, easy to find, great location if you want to have a good base for exploring the island. Room very clean, common area spacious and very well equipped, including kitchen where you can prepare almost everything you need for yourself. Highly recommended!

Everything was amazing! Comfy bed, beautiful view, great breakfast and lovely atmosphere. Anna was such a great host, she took such great care of us. Arranged a crib for our son, kept it fresh in the bathroom (which you share with the cafe guests at certain times), and made very good breakfast. Will miss all good Anna cooks and bakes. Absolutely would stay with Anna again if I would return to the village. Thanks for this time!

To get to Suðuroy, you gotta take the ferry. On our booked date, the ferry unfortunately did not sail but Kaja did what most locals do, and came up with a flexible solution. True Faroeseness in action.
