Maison Perche 150 km W Paris, charm and comfort

Pretty percheron half-timbered house, renovated from bottom to attic in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping it all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with days in the sun in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in the winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 to 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining area of 50 m2, a small desk with 1 single bed and a large kitchen equipped full of light. Small charming house in the heart of Perche, ideally located in the heart of nature not overlooked, 5 km from Mortagne au Perche and less than 2 hours from Paris. Stay in a quiet cocoon in the middle of nature, warm up by the fire and share a barbecue in the fireplace or outdoors, with family or friends.
