We stayed in Leymen for one night. We were able to enjoy a delicious dinner in the evening. Breakfast ( with homemade products was also fine. Marie-France is a warm hostess.

great stay in a nice location. very quiet and a nice village. Unfortunately, due to my husband's illness, we had to end our stay early but I can highly recommend it.

This place is such a gem. What an adorable b&b with tasty breakfast and amazing hosts plus two adorable pugs! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was small but well stocked. A little stuffy in the warm summer but you will struggle to find any places with AC. Definitely will come back to Basel and stay here again!

I want to thank Audrey very warmly for hosting us! We felt like we were hosted by the whole family! The shared meal was excellent. They are very nice people and we will definitely and happily stay in this inn again!

Simple but functional room, quite small. For one night on a bike tour tiptop. It has everything you need. Cozy Zmorge, you feel very welcome. Restaurant tip: Hotel Diana near Ried (10 min walk), above-average food and drink offer and - if you are lucky - spontaneous iodine inserts of other guests ...

I had a pleasant three day stay at this property. The host was extremely friendly, accommodating and easily accessible, which made my stay very pleasant. The property is located in a quiet residential area and the train station is easily accessible in about a 10-minute walk. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Hi, We made a stopover at Claude's before arriving at skiing. It was brief but Claude was available and caring. The rooms are spacious and pleasant. Everything is well thought out to make us comfortable; breakfast is hearty and very good.

The most pleasant experience I can remember having! Wonderful cozy breakfast area. Friendly people. Peaceful area. Margrit is a delight, very compassionate and very attentive to needs. Was confused about the bed that was different than the photo. Was a bunkbed but I got well needed sleep. It was raining morning I was to leave on my motorcycle and Margrit gave me a rain cover. But, magically it cleared up and the rest of the day was beautiful.

A big thank you to Marcelle Élise and her sister, for hosting their kindness and kindness. What was our surprise at our very late arrival to be welcomed so warmly! We don't unpack the suitcases...we sit at the table with family and friends for a relaxing and sharing moment. Our only regret is to be visiting only for one night!

I can’t say enough good things about Mireille’s place. It was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The bedroom was large with an extremely comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. The village is in a beautiful location. There are a lot of places to walk in the area and Fribourg is very nearby and a nice day trip. But the best part was our host, Mireille. She is a delightful lady, friendly, responsive, and she made us feel right at home. The breakfast she made us each morning was amazing. Most things homemade. We hope to be able to return and spend more time there.

Christelle fits perfectly with the typical hostess on the way to Compostela: Welcoming, helpful, available... in short, only qualities. The horse farm could also be called Animal Happiness.

Heidi's place suited me very well and I preferred staying in this small town than in Basel city. The tram is very nearby and Heidi arranged a free travel pass for me. Everything was very clean and Heidi is a lovely, helpful person who was very flexible. Having breakfast included was a lovely extra. About 20 minutes walk from the house you can get out into fields and a forest which I enjoyed. A supermarket is very nearby. I didn't try the restaurants preferring to go by tram into Basel for more variety.

The location was perfect for me—right near tram stops, grocery stores, and lots of restaurants. It’s also very close to the hospital I trained at for several months, which was a huge plus for me. The hosts are some of the nicest people I’ve met. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like part of their family, yet still gave me the privacy I needed to relax. It's like staying in a home away from home. While you're living with them, you can enjoy your own space and rest without feeling crowded. One of the things I really loved was how they set up the bed and work area in different spaces. It might sound small, but having to climb a few stairs to get to my bed helped me draw a clear line between “work mode” and “rest mode.” It actually made me more productive during the day, and I slept so much better at night because of it. And the weekly cleaning with fresh sheets and towels? Such a nice touch. Honestly, I can’t say enough about how friendly and accommodating the hosts were!

It was beautiful by all means! The host were super super people and the place was impeccable. Words don’t justify the experience.

This place was amazing. 🥹 Everything is done in detail to make you feel good. ☺️ Shower gel, cotton, makeup remover cream, bathrobe. The 3-seater sauna is next to the bathroom. This allows you to take a cold shower right after. The beds are large and very comfortable. Very clean linens. Breakfast and meals offered are worthy of the best hotels. Cereals, yogurts, salmon, homemade smoked charcuterie, jam and homemade compote. The cottage at the bottom of the house where Thierry prepares the meal over a wood fire is very original and friendly. We will definitely be back at Thierry's in other circumstances to visit the area.

I felt very comfortable with Jasmine and her family. They are very friendly and the room is totally cozy. The house is conveniently connected by tram and bus, so I reached St. Jakobshalle very easily by bus. They gave me helpful tips (online booking of the parking card for the car) and organized the Baselcard for me. :0) It was a pleasure staying at Jasmin's place.

Monika's place is very nice, a bathroom equipped with essentials, a bedroom that matches the listing. Nothing more to say. Then Monika, a very kind woman, speaks very well French, but also English. Then his responsiveness is unparalleled. In short, a perfect home and host.

Great welcome, Mathias is very friendly,welcoming, good company and very distracting...I enjoyed it very much and I'm going back😉!!!

Chin Lan is a wonderful host and person. Her house is welcoming and artistically decorated. It's vantage location is a delight with a beautiful view of the Thun lake and snow clad mountains. We had a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom with shower and shared a very well equipped kitchen with dining space. We truly had an awesome stay for a week, thanks to the hospitality of Chin Lan and happily recommend her home for everyone.
