Situated in an attractive late 19th Century building in the heart of Madrid. The studio -one room flat with kitchen and bathroom- is part of a house divided in two completely independent. Offering all modern amenities including air conditioner, equiped kitchen, full bathroom and confortable double bed. Wifi, TV, hair dryer, iron, kettle, coffe maker, bed sheets and towels. In summer time there is no laundry service available. Filltered water and all cleaning products used are ecological.

The accommodation is very cozy, totally new and everything at the premiere. You also have a nice independent terrace to be able to have breakfast or be outdoors with the family. Warner Park is only 5 km away. Madrid city centre is 30 minutes away, Aranjuez 25 , Chinchón 20 and Toledo is 1 hour away.
