ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Incredible view of the blue Mediterranean Sea, and beautiful green mountains, fields, and orchards. So very tranquil and relaxing. Very spacious and comfortable. Relaxing patio to sit in the morning sun. Beautiful pool in the back yard. Amazing hosts that answered questions within minutes. So pleased with our decision to stay at Villa Fèlix. 5.5 Stars!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Adriana’s. The villa and pool were amazing! The location is peaceful and quiet. As someone else mentioned, cats do pay regular visits. The only slight negative was we had to wait 60 mins after than the agreed check-in which wasn’t ideal with kids given the heat. This wasn’t Adriana’s fault and she was easy and prompt to communicate with about it. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had a weekend with friends. The house is fantastic and we will repeat again. I recommend it 100%. The best of the swimming pool and barbecue area. Salva was very kind at all times, giving us recommendations and personally explaining the operation of everything. Flexible in check-in and check out. Thank you very much for everything 😊

Everything is great, the house is very clean, tidy and complies with what is shown in the photos. The owners are very friendly and helpful with any suggestions from their guests. An entire experience, both during the stay at the house and in the surrounding environment. Super recommended and trip to repeat.

We had a very good time in the villa. There was more than enough space and everything you could ask for in the house. Andrea and Christine were super responsive and were able to help us find the appropriate return travel opportunity, among other things. The villa is on a hill, but in a few minutes you are in the supermarket or at a bus station to Valencia. We used the bus 3x in 7 days, as you are brought to the center for €3.30 without a change. Just a little time to bring 😁 Overall I would only recommend to everyone to become a guest of the beautiful house of Andrea and Christine.

Unforgettable! We had a great time at Don's beautiful villa which has a magnificent view of Valencia and the surrounding hills (in the evening, dinner from the terrace over Valencia is soothing to watch). The accommodation is very functional with a large living room open to a very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine, very convenient for a large family!). The 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom, it's a real luxury :-) The garden is very well maintained with several terraces to enjoy the sun (there is also shade thanks to the large trees!). Finally the pool is very well arranged with a solarium that offers a 360° view of the area: a delight!!! The accommodation is about a 30-minute drive to the main neighborhoods of Valencia so very convenient for the many visits to the area. It was very difficult to leave, thanks to Don for this great vacation time ;-)

Serafin and Maribel's villa with pool, large garden and access to the sea is just like paradise. We had a wonderful time there with our 1-year old daughter, enjoying the garden with private playground, pool and the beach just infront of the villa. All is designed extremely tasteful and we felt like home immediately. Our hosts have been extremely nice and helpful with everything we needed. We'd stay there again any time.

The super nice house, we have been very comfortable and very much enjoyed the stay, my friends and I. Everything was perfect upon our arrival. Paula is very friendly and helpful at all times :) Highly recommended!!

An amazing house to spend a few quiet days, incredible views and a host who was attentive to everything, thanks to Manolo for his willingness to do everything, the house has all the amenities and power strips in all the rooms that give an extra bonus.

We stayed for 5 days in the villa with our large family of 13 people. 11 children between the ages of 12 and 23. Everyone felt at home in the villa. It was very clean, everything provided as in the pictures. Susana was super helpful, responded to every question, gave tips. The surroundings were fantastic, very nice views. Highly recommended!

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

We had the most wonderful holiday at Villa Vedet. The pictures don’t do the Villa justice as it’s such an amazing house. The beautiful gardens with fruit trees that you can pick from, the huge incredible pool that we all loved. So much space inside the Villa for a big family and very comfortable with everything well thought out inside the house. Peaceful location as well with mountains in view and the beach only 5 minute drive away. Local supermarket/restaurants only 5 minutes drive away too. Tessa was a good host as always quick to respond to any questions that we had.

We had a great stay at Alejandro‘s home. The house is in mint condition, very well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the floorplan was perfect for seven golfers. Beds are very comfortable ! I would highly recommend this house and would stay here again !

We love the house to spend our family vacation, it is comfortable, spacious for large groups, quiet, it is very well equipped and has different environments to enjoy, a real treat. A 10 for the renovation of the main bathroom!! We'll definitely be back!!

The house is as shown in the photos. The interior is very well cared for, with towels for the shower, clean sheets and everything we needed. The pool was very good too and the area was quiet, we were with our three dogs and they had a great time. Celine and David explained everything to us, they were very friendly and attentive in everything. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! The accommodation is conveniently located 3 min from a beautiful beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for relaxing. Katerina was very nice and always responsive in answering our questions. We would recommend this listing!

Katia and her husband were very helpful at all times. The house is great,located in the mountain,very spacious and with everything you need. To get there following his instructions it was simple,but we arrived already dark and the area does not have much coverage and the GPS went crazy,but thanks to his instructions we arrived without a problem. We will repeat without hesitation!

A very pleasant stay. The house is super big and beautiful in addition to having many very spacious common areas. The pool and barbecue, one pass! The owner is very attentive and attentive. We have been super comfortable. 100% recommended.
