Hotel holiday rentals in Valencian Community

We stayed for 3 nights at Asun's place. Online communication was smooth, responsive and all in English. Parking spot just 100 meters away - a nice neighbourhood for some coffee and snacks is closeby. The house is beautiful, the rooms are cleaned every day, the hosts are attentive and serve breakfast. Perfect stay!

Correct treatment, good location and there is someone at the reception 24 h. The cleaners were very friendly.

What a wonderful week we had and WHAT A VIEW!!! Relaxing, comfy, spotless and well equipped. Great location too. A parking space is an absolute bonus, especially if you come here in the summer when it’s very busy!! Check in and communication were excellent.

Samuel is a great host. The building is quite old, but well preserved and its location, one street from the Plaza de Los Luceros, is excellent! Everything nearby, restaurants, bars, transportation, supermarkets and shops. Walkable to Postiguet beach. As for my stay of almost a month, it was great! The apartment has a super equipped kitchen in which you can cook, has laundry, linens and towels available, the rooms are large, comfortable, has WiFi that allowed me to work remotely without problem. I highly recommend it! and I hope to be back soon!

Everything was great! I traveled for work and had an unexpected situation with the booking days. Jaime was very nice and did not prevent him from making a modification about them. I will definitely repeat.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hacienda in Benissa, Spain, and we can't recommend it highly enough. The accommodation itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was lovely, just a short drive to lovely beaches and restaurants. Peter, our host, went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Not only was his communication quick and helpful, he provided great recommendations for local spots to eat and visit, detailed breakdowns of all the workings of the Hacienda and we were given contact details of their local housekeepers who were on hand for absolutely anything we needed! He had thought of everything! So thank you for a wonderful holiday!

The site is perfect, quiet but close to everything. The apartment is beautiful, no lack of detail, we were super agile and it's that the attention and treatment also made it so out, they made us feel right at home, they didn't put a hit on us for our dog, even cacharros for his water and his food, as I say... the treatment could not be better. We were going without knowing very well the times we would arrive or leave and they did not put a hit, with a lot of patience and a smile. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100%. Thank you very much, it was a pleasure!

We went there nine adults from 18 to 21 October 2024. The five very large rooms, all with comfortable wardrobes and mattresses. The dining table is comfortable for 10 people. A huge modern Samsung TV, with Internet connection, HDMI and Movistar apps, Netflix, etc. On the terrace there is a jacuzzi where we put three adults well (and could fit some more). We used the pool (not heated) in mid-October. Sheets and towels very nice, there was also one for the pool. It has a super BBQ that we did not use. Within the gated compound of the house a few cars can be parked. Very friendly hosts, we were able to check in early and check out after the time.

We had a great few days with a great family! The house has everything you need to feel comfortable and Katharina is very kind and hospitable. We will certainly repeat it again. The swimming pool super good for kids!

Tamara made us feel welcome via text before we even arrived. She was these to greet us and always responsive when we needed to ask anything. The place was perfect and exactly as the listing. Lots of special touches and totally private and tranquil. Would highly recommend staying here, great location, value and home from home ❤️

As on our last stay, everything was perfect, and Nico responded immediately to any queries and came in person to meet us.

We had a very lovely time . Jacky was very helpful and quick to respond and the apartment was delightful.
