We had a pleasant stay at this e.rod staycation. The caretaker and owner were very responsive to our queries, making the check-in process smooth. The unit was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for our group. Another plus is that it’s conveniently located near many restaurants, making food delivery easy. One downside was the noise from the highway, which could be heard from our room. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, especially for those who prioritize cleanliness, space, and accessibility to food options.

Its my second stay here, because I enjoyed my first stay so much. it has everything you need in an airbnb, restaurants across the road, grocery store behind, malls just a 10 minute drive away, as well as a balcony to sit outside and take it all in. Accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Overall a 5 star stay. thanks again 😊

William and his wife were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Their place was very comfortable along with the kitchen wares and easy to use appliances that made our stay more cozy. Would loved to have stayed few more weeks but i was too late to extend further. So worth the price.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Great spot to stay, if you want refuge from the bustle of Quezon City. Nice patio to relax on and comfortable dwelling space inside. Also the master ensuite has a Japanese style toilet which is always a plus. Andrew and his team were great. They are responsive in person and through Airbnb messaging.

We enjoyed our stay here! The place is easy to go to and have easy access on everything. The hosts are very accommodating and responsive. We’d consider this place again next time!

Malou’s place was homey and relaxing. Even if it was near the road, you seldom hear any of the cars pass by The place was clean and the pool area had loungers and a hammock for you to relax well. Lots of beds and bathrooms. The host was always available for queries and any help you need.

Beyond thankful for giving us the opportunity to use your place for our friends mini birthday celebration and for each other’s farewells. We had so much fun and were too comfortable with the place. Very nice place! My family and I had a lot of fun. Walking distance to Ayala Feliz which is a winner. There are also small stores around if you need any retail necessities. The caretakers are really nice. Nate is very responsive. Would highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at Sir Nery's place. Everything was well-explained, from check-in process, to how to use the Lazy boy chair. He was very helpful althroughout our stay. We will definitely come back again!
