Holiday rentals with a pool in Vall d'Albaida

This was our second visit to Gareth's place as we really like the house and the area. Gareth is friendly and helpful, and a super nice bloke. The house is in a lovely peaceful location with great outside space, but not too far from town if you need anything. The house is spacious, clean and tidy with a large kitchen so great if you want to cook your own meals. We did a lot of climbing and walking in the area and it's a great location for that. We definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great location and views

The house is just what we were looking for, spacious, clean . Comfortable, safe (grjas on all doors and windows) screens in the windows (essential for the time of year) all on one level, very clean pool and ideal terrace, for the hottest hours the air conditioning in all rooms is available although we did not use it much since we were outside most of the time . As the only objection to commenting on the scarce kitchenware (plates and glasses) we had to buy half a dozen and the lack of a dishwasher (essential in these times) it must be borne in mind that our stay was long and we made many meals at home. A modernised, comfortable and tastefully decorated villa. A lovely private pool and garden area. We stayed in February and used the wood burner fire and air con heating and we found it cosy. A short walk to the beautiful rocky coast, or a safe cycle 10 minutes along the coastal path in to Denia centre , where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, markets and shopping. Lots going on in Denia, Padel courts, indoor swimming pool, gyms, spas, etc. Eric and Sophie were very responsive hosts, and we would definitely recommend their villa to other guests.

Nice house with good sized rooms. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 young children and had plenty of space. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. We were there in December so and the pool area was shaded but we still had some swims with the kids. Short walk into the pretty town of Moriara with plenty of shops and restaurants and a very nice beach.

The condo was so cute and well kept. Before we got there, Eva had sent a ton of information on local places to visit, restaurants, and what animals we might see in the surrounding coves. When we had questions, she was quick to answer and always very helpful. There were some basics in the kitchen for us to use. Only one issue—the shower has no lip along the edge so water leaks at the end and along the side. We had to keep a towel there to prevent water soaking the bathroom. Aside from that, we would stay again.

We had an amazing time at Frederic's villa. The villa is brand new, incredibly spacious and comfortable, including the beds and bed linen, with an excellent kitchen and lounge area near the pool. It's conveniently located if you have a car; there's a large organic grocery store just five minutes away and a Carrefour Planet nearby. Communicating with Frederic and Jorge was a pleasure, and everything was excellent.

Another fabulous stay. 3rd time staying there and as usual it was perfect. One negative, which was out of the owners hands, there was works gong in the apartment above and we were woken up early each morning with either hammering or drilling. Anyway thank you for letting us use your apartment.

Lovely stay. Booked at short notice . Age very helpful and flexible with booking. Lovely view and balcony with morning sun and can hear the waves at night . Small 1 bed apartment but had everything needed. Lovely bathroom/shower. Short stroll to beach and all amenities. Altea is charming and picturesque.

The apartment is on 10 floor is nice , clean, bright and quiet. Parking is not easy but it works. The sea view is beautiful and the beach is good too. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Dorota was always super responsive and helpful. I am not a fan of skyscrapers but it was really nice there, I was there out of season. Driving around is a lot of fun and fun, it's worth it. It has many beautiful places, parks , nature and small villages.

100% recommended site

We enjoyed having a playing ground in front of the restaurants. The parents could enjoy drink while the little one was playing. Close to beach and the tram station. The local supermarket was closed during our stay but with took the tram to El Campello and the supermarket is just next to the tram station. There is small shopping trolley in the apartment which was helpful. Great location away from the busy city but easy to get around with the tram 5 min away.

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. The sea could be seen from the balcony, in the morning with beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always supported us with advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that you could use and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only issue was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/19 pm. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or opened them in conversation. Next time we will definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Many thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. Very nice community with beautiful views. Beach access is difficult hiking, need good shoes and be fit.

Really lovely Villa. It has a fabulous view and is so very tranquil. As a family with grown-up children and their partners, it was a perfect getaway. The local scenery is stunning. We found some quirky local restaurants with cheerful, easy-going locals. Moraira is less than 15 minutes in a car and is also really pleasant. The Villa has everything you need, and we spent much of our trip there relaxing, as it was so relaxing. A small critic: the showers could use a little TLC, but even so, I'll happily give it a 5-star rating. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay. Jon & family

We had an amazing time in Rafa and Carmen’s place. We had the warmest welcome and all things for our little girl were in place. The kitchen and everything you need to cook a nice meal is there which I think is very convenient in a holiday home. Also the Moraira area is beautiful with great restaurants. We will definitely visit again.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

What a delightful home! The hospitality is wonderful, and the house is beautifully furnished, truly making you feel at home rather than in a typical rental. It’s fully equipped with all the comforts you could need. The spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night. There’s ample space throughout the house, and with the lovely weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning garden. The pool is fantastic, and the garden is a beautiful oasis filled with flowers and plants, providing plenty of privacy. A car is essential for exploring the charming spots nearby, as the neighborhood is quite tranquil. We loved the various outdoor seating areas, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of plates, mugs, and baking dishes, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. Plus, the views of the mountains are gorgeous, and the heating/air conditioning worked perfectly. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We had a lovely time. The apartment matched the pictures, the small pool to refresh was great. Everything you could ever need is available in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned once during our stay of 11 days. The walk to Denia into town was 45 minutes further than we had in mind. Many thanks to Maria, she was always available, the communication was great and we were spoiled with fruit from her own garden.

Great place.. Exactly as advertised. Perfect for what we needed. Would highly recommend and definitely would book again.

Lovely quiet villa in peaceful small town. Good amenities in the house and pool was lovely. Had a fantastic time.

The property is really lovely and spacious. The highlights are the pool and the view. Pool was the perfect temperature and very clean and the view is spectacular. There are other properties around, but it’s a lovely quiet area. It’s a 5 minute drive from the nearest town (you could possibly walk but the property is up a pretty big hill) and 15 minute drive from the beach. The only concern I had was that was that the wall between the pool and a drop on the other side was quite low. Not a problem for us and our toddler, but would worry me if there were slightly older kids messing around by the pool
