Spacious house, clean and equipped with all amenities. Especially the bed was the top, so much so that I slept better than in my home and asked Barbara for the brand of the mattress! Not only that: Barbara also made us find everything we needed for our dog, and also by giving us snacks for her (even being careful that it was not chicken but often from allergies!). After all these cuddles and attention we can only thank you very much!!! We'll be back soon!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Lugano, and this apartment was a perfect fit. Everything was very clean, neat and well equipped. It was all in perfect condition. Watching the lake every morning and evening was a real highlight. The value for money is also absolutely right here. The instructions are proactive and clear. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you!

Our stay at Mattia’s place was unforgettable. The view from the balcony is amazing and was the highlight of our trip. The apartment is extremely clean and had everything we needed. Mattia was a great host and went above and beyond to answer any questions or help us if we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony with a coffee just watching the lake, and there was a fire to make the place cosy when it got chilly. We were able to enjoy a dip in the lake with the private stairs. The apartment is a short walk from a bus stop which will take you to the main places you need to get to. There is a nice shop not much farther, and also a nice restaurant for dinner if you don’t want to go too far in the evening. We will definitely be returning to mattias apartment. So far, it has been our favourite place to travel to and we can’t wait to come back to lake como.

An unforgettable stay in a charming place! The interior is clean, bright, and well-furnished: perfect for solo travelers or couples. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, it allowed us to feel at home right away. The garden is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and very quiet: sitting outside to eat or simply read a book made our stay truly enjoyable. We’ve had a very nice stay at Marinella’s apartment. She’s quick to respond, is very friendly, and was kind enough to welcome us in person. The apartment is squeaky clean, nicely furnished, and well-equipped. It was perfect for two people. The location is also great, the flat is in a 3-minute-walk to a bus stop, the central area is easy to reach. Thank you, Marinella, for welcoming us, I can’t recommend your place enough!

We had a very great weekend. Downtown is within walking distance and the apartment is quiet and slightly elevated. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It is a bit ringing but not disturbing. We felt completely comfortable. Communication very easy and very nice. We will be happy to come back :)

We chose to spend a few days on New Year's Eve in this wonderful location, also to keep our two furry puppies away from the noise and clamor. The choice was more spot-on than ever, waking up on New Year's Day overlooking a breathtaking view of the lake was wonderful. Everything was perfect, the nature, the paths in the woods, the tranquility and a cozy, warm, well-kept home, like being at home. Sara was very kind to us, 10/10 hospitality with honors! We will definitely be back

Large, very functional and perfectly clean accommodation. Many hikes in the immediate vicinity, lakes can be reached in 10 min by car. Decoration that gives a soul to the home. We had a great stay at Marco's.

Great place with plenty of space. It had everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of free parking, as all the spots are paid. Otherwise, Richard was an amazing host—super nice, helpful, and responsive!

We had a wonderful time at Maria Luisa's place. The apartment had everything we needed, and the setting was absolutely stunning. The open kitchen was perfect for rustling up a quick dinner while staying part of the conversation. Although the view was hidden by fog at first, it cleared to reveal the full beauty of Lago Maggiore - an unforgettable sight! Maria Luisa was very helpful and responsive, making our family break even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great stay!

Would stay here again when visiting Verbania. This was a last minute booking for us. I stayed with my children and felt very safe. Apt is on the ground floor. There is a general front door to get in which is locked with a code and the door to the apt which was through an office area was also locked with a code. This was convenient bc I did not need a key. There are bars on the windows so it felt safe even being on the ground floor. Host was perfect in every way. I texted her multiple times with random questions and she responded promptly.

The villa is spectacular: cozy, luxurious and cared for in every detail. The outdoor hot tub is the real highlight: great for relaxing at any hour! A special thank you to Monica, the host, who was very kind, always available and attentive to every need. We will definitely be back!

Very pleasant stay in this large, well-decorated and really functional accommodation! There were only 2 of us but it's very easy to be 4 without stepping on. Elena was very responsive and all self check-in instructions are clear. The walking distance to shops and the lakefront with lots of good restaurants are big assets. I would highly recommend this listing!

This hideaway on the slopes of Lago Maggiore is a fantastic find. Private, tranquil and gorgeous - with as main highlight the available jacuzzi. We had to keep the temperature of the jacuzzi down due to the heat, so it served us as a cooling spot during these hot days. Place is really great, feels a bit like an agriturismo. Fresh eggs from the hens, fresh zucchini and cucumber from the garden. Lovely company of both cats and dogs. The house has everything you need, including a well equiped kitchen and great bathroom. Host is really responsive. Overall 10/10!

Lisa's place is located in the heart of Como, making it the perfect place for a stay, to get around the city, or to just unwind at the end of the day. Having the TV and fiber internet was a great advantage for those planning to do some work while on vacation, and was a great place for our family. Among the many beautiful places in Como, there are many nice playgrounds for small children, excellent shopping and dining options nearby, which make it very convenient for guests to stay there. I would highly recommend it, and I will definitely use it on my next visit to Como.

This Air BnB might be the most slept on in Como. It has everything you need, and Gianluca is by far the best host I’ve ever had in my life. Extremely kind man, who ensured your stay is amazing. He is very responsive, gave plenty of local recommendations and actually helped us save some money with more quality restaurants that weren’t as expensive! My friend and I stayed for an evening, but it was an experience. The views are beautiful. I cannot recommend this Air BnB enough, truly. Easily a 20/10 spot.
