Great place, would stay again!

Staying at Peter’s property was wonderful. Upon arrival, he met us in the drive and showed us to our accommodation. Once there, he gave us a thorough tour, as well as recommendations for meal stops and activities. Peter answered any questions we had, not just about the room, but Belize in general! As mentioned in his listing, he or his family are always on site in case of necessity and ALL of his family were nice and helpful. The room was SUPER CLEAN. It was obvious Peter and his family had guest experience and comfort in mind when they were deciding what amenities to provide. Anything we could want/need was already provided. The gardens were beautiful and a perfect place to find wildlife. The location is perfect! Just enough outside of the hustle and bustle of town to be quiet, but SUPER EASY to travel. We took a taxi a few times a day. At the end of Peter’s driveway, 45 seconds is all it takes to hail a taxi for cheap. Great food AND a store is right by. You WON’T regret staying here

Great property with lovely views - it is indoor /outdoor living and we spent a lot of time outside on the covered rooftop area. That’s where we made simple breakfasts and generally hung out until bedtime. It rained on our last evening - and we spent that in the room. Strong reco for Caracol - the host arranged that trip for us. Also, we had a car and so moving around was not an issue. Finally, having daily housekeeping was a treat! Note - the lovely hosts have dogs and we did occasionally pass them. Just something to be aware of if you are really not a dog person.

STAY HERE! Juliet and Tony are so welcoming. The room is comfortable, clean, and quiet. It is located in a central area to all the attractions. Order the breakfast! We did the first morning and then for all three of the next. Juliet's food is delicious, we can't recommend it enough. They were also so helpful with any questions, recommendations, and getting us breakfast for our early starts. If you get a rental car, they are not joking about an all wheel drive/4x4 - but you will want one anyway if you go on any adventures. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and at home. We look forward to returning someday!!

Such a beautiful property & the villa has everything you need to relax and unwind in the jungle. The caretakers Eli & Andrew are amazing, so kind! Just down the road from big rock falls, really enjoyed our stay

The space was rustic but clean and had everything we needed. The bed was quite comfortable. Richard is very responsive, and his dad Peter was very friendly and helpful. We regretted having to leave early due to Tropical Storm Sara because we had wanted to hike around a bit, but we did get to see some of the smaller crocs that live in the pond!

Our stay at the cabins was great. It was rustic and exactly what we were expecting. Rose was wonderful and took good care of us. We had a few meals at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it. Nice location to enjoy what Cristo Rey has to offer and very close to San Ignacio. We would stay there again

My family and I had a wonderful time at Nicole's. There was a convenient booklet full of things to do, a full kitchen with a great coffee bar, and a spacious front porch we all relaxed on. We made great use of the electric bug zapper and played games at the dining table, overall it was a great stay and she was an attentive and kind host. Will definitely book again if I have a large group in San Ignacio.

This is a great place. Beautifully situated by the river and very well maintained. The kitchen had every amenity needed for cooking, and all the appliances worked great. Olga, the manager, was extremely responsive and helpful, providing lots of local information. The bed is comfortable. There were amazing flower arrangements when we arrived. We felt very well cared for. Note: the cabin is about 15 minutes drive from San Ignacio. The village of Bullet Tree has a good French bakery (!) and a vegetable stand.
