The apartment is large and comfortable with the necessary equipment. Two small things: dishwasher to fix and bedroom curtains to renew. Fantastic view. Gated parking included, with direct access to the apartment. Perfect location for Skiing: return by ski 100m . Very close to the Alpe Express and the Telecentre to get to the slopes. 5 mins from the center of the village. No car needed during the stay tour!

Accommodation as described. Responsive and commercial host. Bread/baked goods delivery is really a plus. There are shuttles 20 m from the apartment... and the drivers are very welcoming Small negative point no view of the mountain from the living room and we live to the rhythm of the shuttles because the accommodation is 3 min shuttle from the first slopes and 10 min from the snow front...

We found a spacious apartment for the small group of 6 we were, beautifully decorated and very well renovated. There is plenty of storage and nothing is missing in the kitchen. The view is beautiful and the apartment is quiet. Very convenient for skiing. A large parking lot to park, public transit to get around easily. We had a very pleasant little week of skiing. Thank you very much to Khaliq for his responsiveness and clear and sincere instructions.

We had an amazing two-month stay at this place and would definitely return! The house is very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. While it’s not new, and some rooms could use a bit of renovation, it has a very cozy and warm atmosphere that makes it feel like home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking, which made meal prep super convenient. The location is fantastic—just 200 meters from the ski area, making it perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. Another big plus is the excellent internet connection, which was reliable throughout our stay. Overall, a great place to stay, and we look forward to coming back!

We had a great time, Florence's place is very nice and functional. The view from the balcony to the mountains is stunning. It is conveniently located in the resort and there are parking spaces nearby. Florence responds quickly by email to any questions we may have. It's a nice apartment to enjoy your vacation. Just perfect! The accommodation is in the center of the old town, very functional and spacious! Very good communication with Geoffroy, moreover, is a responsive host. Parking close to the property at the March field level. I recommend it without hesitating☺️!

2025Feb We (A family of 5) stayed for 9 days in Stefano´s lovely house. The nearest skilift is in Cesana is 5-10 min. drive away, and the best Supermarket in Oulx is 10-15 min. drive away. I highly recomend the house and the host, and would comeback any time.

Very nice stay spent as a couple in this warm and bright accommodation in the heart of the village of Villar d 'Arène and in a great setting. The apartment is very functional and comfortable. The Nordic estate is just a few minutes away and there are plenty of beautiful hikes nearby.
