Holiday rentals with a pool in Valrico

Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Mark's home was comfy and very welcoming. I would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed the privacy of the home and pool. The ducks, pelicans, egrets and other birds made watching the lake very enjoyable and peaceful. Although we did not take our dog along on this trip, the home was stocked with a dog bed and bowls. The fenced yard was nice too. There were plenty of supplies for cooking and loads of nearby restaurants delivered too. Lots of nearby groceries and shopping just a few minutes away.

Christopher is a great host and responds prompleltly to all messages. The house is an amazing place to relax and enjoy the time off with the family. The kitchen have all you need. And you can find a restaurant and grocery stores near by. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

Perfect house just outside of Tampa. We stayed here while attending Sun n’ Fun in Lakeland, and loved the central location. Loads of places to eat, drink, or cigars if you are in to it! We will 100% be staying here again!

Nice home. Not a lot of yard for larger dogs, but worked well for smaller pets. Very responsive owner and great communication. Had all needs for our stay. Reccomend to anyone who is visiting the area.

This is a great place to vacation! Everything was as stated and David stayed in communication through texts. We didn't need to contact him because everything was so clear. Would highly recommended staying here!

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. A perfect place to stay outside of the city. It was cozy, very clean, secure and quiet. I enjoyed the pool and friendly staff.

We just had a perfect five night stay and couldn't recommend this place more. The location was beautiful with a peaceful, private balcony but also close proximity to the pool. The condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were traveling with a three year old and were delighted to find all of the things to make a beach day safe and comfortable already there (chairs, toys, puddle jumpers, etc.). We were so comfortable and relaxed and felt right at home. The condo complex felt clean and safe and everyone we met was super nice and friendly. The pool area was clean and never crowded and we spent a ton of time swimming and relaxing in the hot tub and e joying the beautiful atmosphere and views. We hope to go back soon and absolutely would recommend Summer's place!
