The place was really beautiful and well located, close to several waterfalls in the area. We really enjoyed the garden area and the private river. We would come again.

Casa Luna was the perfect place to stay on my first night in Costa Rica. It has everything you need. It’s perfectly clean and cozy. The view over the river is lovely. I saw hummingbirds and butterflies from the balcony. And the sound of rushing water lulled me to sleep. Note this is close to a road, and you can hear traffic, including trucks braking loudly, but the noise dies down after sunset. There is a good restaurant just a couple of minutes walk from the house. A great spot for a typical Costa Rican meal. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great stay in the area.

This place was beautiful and exactly as described. Luis was very responsive and his instructions very clear. This place far exceeded our expectations and was relatively easy to travel to other places around Costa Rica. My family and I are very grateful to Luis and his hospitality. Beautiful unit, perfect location for visiting all the waterfalls. Just FYI, there are three units and the one you will get is assigned based on first come first served. We got the middle unit and it was lovely, clean, and cozy. The host is very passionate about making the place peaceful and beautiful, and Don Victor, the caretaker, is very friendly and helpful.

Good value, nice well maintained clean house with an electric gate, perimeter fence and multiple security cameras. Nice sheltered outdoor areas for sitting and dining on a rainy day. There is a river and mountain with tropical forest rising up behind the house. Old style electric shower head. It can be quite hot if you keep the flow of water low. Nice screened windows for good cross ventilation. Quite cool at night so no need for AC. Spent one morning at Blue Falls which was truly amazing. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, air fryer, microwave and outdoor grill. Ran out of propane for the stove but Daniela sent over a full tank within an hour.
