Its keyless coded entry so no waiting to be let in. Makes for easy check-ins. Wifi available. Pets welcome if potty trained, okay with strangers, non-destructive. And must be in a kennel if left alone for a long period of time. The apartment is professionally cleaned immediately following departure.
