Pretty picturesque house on the heights of the city with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, located in a typical and charming Italian neighborhood and also on the edge of nature. It is also very well located for visiting the Maggiore and Orta Lakes. The house is certainly old but has all modern comforts. This place is reserved for people in good physical shape sinceafter climbing a small slope to get there, there are still steps to climb!!! Cristina is very helpful, good advice and responsive. This is an address that we highly recommend.

Quiet and relaxing stay. Communication was easy and efficient. Accessible by train, 10-15 minutes walk from the station. Thank you for everything:)

Like the first time, we felt right at home from the first moment. Jonas took care of everything: the heater was turned on, pasta and tomato sauce provided for a first dinner, and even a bottle of his own white wine was in the fridge! We made excursions to Lake Lugano or nearby Italy. In the evening we usually ate at one of the three restaurants. They can be reached in a few steps, all recommended, the car can stop and we could enjoy a Ticino wine without a bad conscience, salute! We also cooked "at home". The kitchen is superbly furnished and the ingredients for a fine meal are available in the village shop! Don't forget to treat yourself to a cappuccino or an aperitif in the bar vis à vis vis à vis before or after shopping. There are always interesting conversations with the other guests. Sessa is still an intact Ticino village and worth a trip!

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

We felt very welcome. Delia's house is in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of San Giulio. Your house is cozily furnished and very clean, there is everything you need. Delia is very accommodating and friendly, we definitely recommend her house.

We are delighted with our stay during the New Year period, with fireworks all around the lake visible from the terraces of the house! Catalda is welcoming and welcomed us very well. The house is spotless and well laid out. Nothing is missing. Regarding walking access: it doesn't even last 1 minute and we went up easily with a toddler! In short, everything was great. Super place! I would stay again in a heartbeat! Very close to the train station, Gornergrat, and the center of town, yet very quiet. It was a very clean, comfortable space. Loved having slippers, a robe and a hairdryer provided, and use of the wash machine/dryer was a lifesaver for us. She even left washing soap for us since I asked about it before arriving! I had lots of questions before arriving and she was always very quick, thorough, and helpful when responding. The building is tucked in tightly between other buildings so it not like you will have grand views, but you can see the top of the Matterhorn from one window at the the right angle. But since we were there to ski, a great view would have been icing on the cake, but wasn't terribly important to us. The ease and convenience of the location (and the comfort) more than made up for it.

We chose to spend a few days on the last of the year in this wonderful location, also to keep our two furry puppies out of the barrels and roam our two furry puppies. The choice was more accurate than ever, waking up the first of the year overlooking a breathtaking view of the lake was wonderful. Everything was perfect, nature, trails in the woods, tranquility and a cozy, warm, well-kept home, like staying at home. Sara was very kind to us, welcome 10 and praises! We will definitely be back

Great contact with the host. Alessandra is very friendly and was always quick to respond to messages. The apartment is located in an apartment building in a quiet location, not far from the center and it was clean. It has a nice little terrace. Unfortunately, it was still too cold to sit out - so unfortunate. Otherwise, the heating in the cold season runs through the air conditioning, which was a bit unusual for us at first until we had found the optimal temperature. We felt comfortable all around.

What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

This apartment is located at the top of a hill and has an amazing view of the Zermatt town and the Matterhorn. Besides the great location and view, the apartment is very well furnished and comfortable. It also provides a dedicated elevator to get to the foot of the hill faster without waking.

We felt very comfortable. The view view on the lake is priceless. Yes, there is a street under the apartment, but this did not bother us. In the kitchen, everything you need is very clean and not worn. Also otherwise it was very clean and the bed comfortable. Check-in was super easy, as Alessandro sent me detailed pictures and was therefore very easy to find. He was also quick to respond to questions. Thanks for that 😊 If we are in the area we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, with a beautiful view over the golf course. The location allowed us to explore various areas of Ticino during the day, as well as relax during the evening. Looking forward to visiting again!
