Beautiful 65 sqm loft on the second floor of the building with an elevator 5 minutes from the station, 150 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the historic center. The apartment has a large entrance , a bright living area with a living room and a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area and two terraces(4 and 10 square meters). The kitchen with peninsula is fully equipped . The spacious room has a queen-sized bed and a large closet. The bathroom has a shower cabin and washing machine available. Rental bike and parking nearby.
