An independent 2nd floor apartment in a small Liberty-style villa, with a splendid lake and mountain view, fire place. Luminous, functional, very peaceful and relaxing. Sleeps 2 (max 4): Bedroom with a double bed. (+extra beds available for studio corner). Town center + shops at 2 km. Stresa and surroundings are beautiful all year round, also in winter. Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista del primo bacino del lago di Como ed ammirare la città.

The apartment is on the first floor of a detached house. You can reach it by walking a white road (dirt road) in the middle of meadows and orchards. It is surrounded by greenery and quiet. The view from the chalet is breathtaking and the large terrace allows you to fully enjoy it.
