Dreamtorp with your own jetty

This peaceful square with its own jetty is located by a small spring lake in a very secluded and private location. With large lush garden filled with fruit trees and berry bushes, the square and its brewhouse are free from visibility with views down to the crystal clear lake with excellent swimming facilities. In the main building of the cottage there is a kitchen with dining area and combined living room/bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet and large glazed terrace. Kitchen and Bathroom Renovated 2023. In the brewhouse there are two spacious bedrooms.

Vargskär is located on the eastern side of Gräsö and from here you will directly reach the archipelago and open sea for swimming, sunbathing or maybe a fishing trip. The property is lakefront located with beautiful views over the distance. The bathing jetty and boat are just over 300 metres away. The property consists of a main building of about 60 m2 with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace and bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, there are two more smaller cottages and in total there are 8 beds. Winter and can be used all year round.

In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km away. Outside the cottage you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove is available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full of toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about 40 minutes drive . Easier Livs about 5 km away.

Newly built guest house (2020) of about 30 sqm in central Öregrund, with sea views. Only 70 m to swimming. Loft with double bed and sofa bed with two beds. Full kitchen, shower and WC. Öregrund is a charming town on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north is the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a great view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and rocks right outside the door. During the summer months there is a jetty with a swimming ladder into the water as well as a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
