The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The cottage is located on the shore of the Milčanský Pond, about 13 min by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine and cross forest. We discovered it by accident, and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as expected, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

The house is located off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. Bungalows are available in the neighborhood - partly inhabited all year round. All technical aids available to a normal household are available (washing machine, refrigerator, TV, bicycles, barbecue, etc.) and are free to use. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Just ask.
